  1. Sorry for the late reply, yes I checked 5Ghz band and there is only one AP active. Got a plot twist for that, I'm living with 2 other roommate which might cause incovenience if we all have to buy a new wireless card just for that. Anyway, thanks for the input. I think I'll invest in some cable and hope my ISP magically improve because other ISP have same issue according to some people review. All same here.
  2. Thank you guys for the input really appreciate it, but I think making those antenna won't help because I tried moving closer (right next to the router) still getting the same lag spikes so focused signal is not really the problem I think. From what I read while googling, it's the interference from other Wireless AP that might caused it. I'm looking more to the router settings itself to help it navigate this chaotic sea of WiFi but yeah I know it won't magically gone the objective is just to reduce the issue. And yeah I agreed maybe I should invest in Ethernet cable, for gaming purpose.
  3. Hi guys, I need your opinion on this so what happen is I got pretty bad lag spikes while playing some Games (CS GO & Dota) then I tried to check the cause and find a way to reduce the issues since I know I can't help about my ISP *sigh* Here is what I found out, 1. When I ping my router continously, I got lag spikes (1000ms>) every few seconds 2. When I use Wifi Analyzer on the suggested wifi channel is 6 so I manually set the channel to 6 instead of auto (There is alot of wifi AP since I live in apartment building next to office building) 3. Further googling, here is some tweak I found Use Short Preamble Increase the Beacon Interval (100(default) => highest?) Or if you have another tweak I should try, let me know Thank you!
  4. Congrats for 1m Sub! First I found Linus Tech Tips a long ago when I'm looking for info about something I can't even remember now. I love your explanation videos about what is antialiasing, how this works how that works and etc. You keep it simple and interesting. Keep doing what you doing now. I love your videos.
  5. Never had a Sony phone before but I liked the screen and the processor and memory size from Xperia Z2. And I love that skin from dbrand nicely colored and keeping it simple.
