What is ET6?

Main question: My goal is to make certain fans completely off until the system is under load, but the MSI bios won't let me turn any fans down under 50%, which is really annoying. I use an MSI Gaming 5 z97 btw. I would be really disappointed if I had to purchase a new motherboard. How can I set up certain fans to be off at idle? Other question: I want to make my computer much quieter. I was planning to throw it in an R5 and have it magically be silent, but now I'm worried that if I can't quiet down these fans, the issue will not be resolved. My current configuration is a Corsair 450d with a single 140 as intake in the front, h110 with dual 140s as intake at the top, and one 140 at the back as an exhaust. This is probably overkill since I'm not interested in major overclocking whatsoever. What can I do to streamline the amount of fans I'm using and generally quiet down the system?

In an attempt to update the firmware (reducing the input lag) I have broken the 39" 4k tv. When plugged in, the LED turns red, as usual, and holding the power button for a while will get the seiki logo to take over the screen. The LED turns blue and it stays like that. All buttons on TV and remote do nothing, not even the power button. Unfortunately, the warranty is also expired. Are there people who know how to repair TV's? Where can I find them?

SOLUTION! - Hold 'Y' (or the keyboard equivalent) when standing near one of the glitched planes to get in. About 1 in 5 times you can get it before it explodes. If you can do that, restarting from checkpoint will spawn you in the air safe and sound.

When I said 'crates' I meant big shipping containers. The planes are well over half way through with only the cockpit sticking out.

In the 'Convoy Decoy' mission, the place where the STAG planes spawn has shipping containers < these things (when watching walkthroughs these crates were absent). This results in the planes spawning through the crates making them impossible to steal/fly. I have no mods on the game or anything.

I've seen other people having a similar issue where it freezes, stops responding, or crashes before even getting to the start screen. It gets past the first few screens but never makes it any further. This patch made a 'barely working game' a 'not working AT ALL game'

If he doesn't plan on gaming maybe allocate that budget towards things like RAM, more hard drive space, a nicer CPU.
