No stock bios has lower boost clock

i know it's degraded but i'd like to get the most out of it.. stock boost clock for this 1070 strix 8G (not O8G) is 1683 Mhz, and no bios on Techpowerup has a lower boost clock (any brand/model) https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?model=GTX+1070&page=4 is there any way to get or make a custom bios with at negative offset ? i'd like the card to work alone without needing OC software running..

the 7700k is getting cheap, so thinking about trying the wise metod even tho the cpu's pcb is very thin on 7. gen.

I´d love to delid my old 7. gen. 7700K but can't finde a delid-tool cheep in Denmark for this old a cpu..

No i pulled it and sold it in the Cougar Conquer case with my i7-7700.. 7700K + 1x 1070 8GB is still fine when running a Asus 1080p60 IPS and ain't gaming mutch (enjoy the build more) my son bought my 1440p165 IPS for his 3080..

BTW it beat (and holds) the 1080p FireStrike record for identical hardware (i7-7700 + 1070 sli)
