you can get away with a b450 board, they are cheaper. a asrock pro4 or a msi pro-vdh, mortar, a-pro, gaming plus, tomahawk will do.
for b550, there are lots of models, some are good, some are bad, depends on what's available to you.

i would get a new psu.

I think the PSU OP listed is one they already have. It's listed under existing items in the post.

I already have a PSU, so won't be looking for a new one yet.

If I were you, I'd spend the extra money to upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen 5 3600. You could even drop the extra cooler to cover the increase in price, and just use the cooler that comes with the CPU. If you don't overclock, the stock cooler works just fine, and the extra performance from the Ryzen 5 3600 will definitely help. You can always easily upgrade the cooler later if you want to overclock. As far as the PSU goes, the one you're getting will provide plenty of power. As PCPartPicker says, your build should only use around 350-400 watts.

Edit: Yes the PSU will provide enough power, but I'm not sure how good of a PSU it actually is

both really aren't that good... and you probably won't need 600+w if you're looking at this level of psu

yeah... the 2060 and 1070 ti trade blows in many games, so it's pretty much your choice

    It is an IPS panel.

I'm definitely no expert, but this kind of thing is usually the result of physical damage, or a manufacturing defect.
If it is a new TV. it might be worth trying to claim warranty.

Blown capacitor, Short Circuit, static build-up maybe since there's a thunderstorm nearby and lightning is just caused by tons and tons of static electricity. Other than that not a clue, also I'm not a professional or know nearly as much about electronics as a lot of people on this forum. On a forgotten note it could have also just overheated in that area.

Check my posts after that one, I feel like PCP should've mentioned the model name in the title of the PSU rather than details.
I was wrong however, that PSU is good. My bad for not checking properly.
He means no namer by model, not by brand!

It actually isn't a no name from seasonic, PCP's explanation wasn't very good.
    M12II 520 Bronze is good.

Then an i5 is probs better, as it's 4 physical cores. Though the Pentium G4560 is a 2c/4t 3.5 GHz CPU. So if a higher clockspeed is better for CS:GO and such, rather than more actual cores, I'd get the G4560.

Yeah this build looks better in my opinion. He could save some money by getting a 1 TB HDD instead of a 2TB one or getting a quad core Ryzen 5. But the R5 1600 is a great CPU!

Why yes with this motherboard you'll save enough money for at least grab the SSD that will be very worthy in my opinion, and as I mentioned since you'll only have 2 DIMS you should grab a single 8gb stick, since you have a dedicated GPU you won't see any performance difference from running dual channel worth of being mentioned [:

It will work out excellently, but if you're in no hurry I would study Ryzen possibilities, those ryzen 5 really offers awesome price to performance depending on your importation taxes hehehe.

    Cheers!

I'd get a single 8gb stick rather than 2 4gb sticks. leaves you room to upgrade to 16 if needed in the future.
