  1. Upgrading from a 7900XTX, used to have a 3080Ti before that, going for a 4090 for less issues with gpu going forward. (VRCHAT doesnt like AMD, render issues, spesific driver issues, for context<) What's the best way to undervolt or generally get less consumption of power but still retain most of the performance without to much being lost?
  2. "we got incest here" The look on linus face.. Priceless.
  3. Love the video seeing an older board like that.. Remember friends having 980's at a lan party at my old school a long time ago, thought it was good cards.. Oh boy i was under estimating those cards.. They ran incredibly well. Now back on the AMD platform with 5900X and 7900XTX, all i can do to both of these are just pbo on cpu and pray it runs well or undervolt the 7900xtx and find a decent spot it wont crash, still miss the old times of unlocking my old 4570 non-k intel processor finding out i can overclock it xD
  4. Updated my bios on my MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS and it just restarted without any warning when it was done, went through red lights on the motherboard.. I was so sure i had killed it.. But nah it went and booted windows.. Jesus it gave me a fright.

Updated from 2022 to latest 2023 / MS-7C37 update, but holy.. thought for sure the bios had killed itself for some time there.

Now i kinda miss my ASUS B550 board that just used a gui inside the bios instead of the m-flash restart on MSI xD

At least your board doesn't automatically download BIOS updates from Windows Update, like some do. That's the worst.

Oh god no, i hope to never get a motherboard like this xD

  5. Theres a Lian Li product similar to this but the bottom is much smaller in 2 variants, one open and one with a grid mesh on the bottom part. Will the integral part hinder airflow that much or even allow for bottom parts? Thinking while i have the possibility to get a verticsl mount i might aswell go get it while i have the chance. Part 1: https://lian-li.com/product/o11d-1-vertical-gpu-bracket-kit-pci-e-4-0/ Part 2: https://www.proshop.no/Kabinett-tilbehoer/Lian-Li-O11-Dynamic-EVO-Vertical-GPU-Kit-Black/3026626 Wouldn't the first one be better but have less integrity to keep the gpu up right as it has much less in the construction. Just dont want to block the bottom fans or dismount them x)
  6. Found this: https://www.reddit.com/r/lianli/comments/p7531v/vertical_gpu_bracket_installed_gpu_temps_down/ Phanteks vertical mount in the 011d but seems to work fine.. Except the few millimeters away from the fans?
  7. Been a long time and Ive been wanting to get vertical mount for my white Lian Li Dynamic 011. But started to see different vertical mounts and im not sure my bottom fans will be possible to even be there if its supposed to be at the bottom? Ive found this: O11D-1 VERTICAL GPU BRACKET KIT PCI-e 4.0 Its either this or the other type that blocks of the bottom part completely with its own part. Will the bottom fans fit if I move the vertical mount one slot up or will the gpu intersect the other components then? Dont have a large air cooler blcoking anything above. Currently my pcs inside is like this: Sorry, its like 3am right now, about to get 3 hours of sleep haha. Been pondering about this for a while now so figured i would ask here before I do the stupid decision and buy it anyway xD Any help would be greatly appreciated
  8. Lookikg to change from my 3080 ti to a 4090, is there a big difference in the 4090 cards? Been looking at MSI cards and different venus cards. Their pretty similar but I'm trying to find a decent card that fits in my Lian Li Dynamic ^^
  9. There's no flickering by right clicking on the desktop, it just happens sporadicly.. Very random at odd times, from a few hours to 2 hours intervals.. Hopefully not gpu shitting its bricks.
  10. Been noticing in the past few days that its been flickering when im opening a new tab, or just randomly coming onto browsers or discord applications out of nowhere, often very random intervals. First i did was use DDU to reinstall drivers totally but its still re-appearing again and again, not when using games or more heavier applications tho for some reason. So playing games in general doesnt happen at all, but just using chrome or firefox it happens from time to time. Its also only the upper slightly right side, not anywhere else it appears. Damaged backlight somehow or what could the culprit be? Eventually i'll just format windows 11 and hope that sorts it out, i really hope its not the monitor itself bugging out on me or dying this fast Any help will be greatly appreciated It's like a grid of black boxes and transparent boxes appearing from time to time.. Just really clueless what it could be. App interfering?
  11. Yep.. Seems i did a big fuckup. Its looking like its finding all the files, but im worried seeing the "chances of success of recovery" on the middle of the status bar of documents/pictures. Thank you. I'm just gonna let it go through and hopefully it works
  12. Was making an iso for the usb 16gb, that crashed.. because my external hard drive crashed / disconnected transferring backups to said external hard drive.. Said external hard drive now identifies as a ESD-USB and not an external hard drive.. I dont know how to access all my old family albums or data ive backed up for the last 8 years, im not sure their all gone but.. I really hope their not. Is there a way to undo this fuckup of mine? The external hard drive was transferring old video files that was about 60gb when it couldnt take it, its only 4tb in size and needs to be replaced asap i see. Its got so much shit that i need to get out but i have no idea how to fix this issue, help? Any help would be greatly appreciated v_v
