Hello, I recently purchased 2 noctua case fans for my PC in header sys fan 1 and 2 and I have been struggling to control there speed. I am trying to use speed fan to control them but the fans don't show up anywhere on speed fan. The fans show up in the BIOS and in hw monitor and it does say the speed in which they are spinning but they don't show up in speed fan at all. I have turned off smart fan control in my msi b250 PC mate bios but it doesn't change anything and I am stumped. Anyone have any ideas that could help or fix this issue? Thank you in advance!

I just bought a new sound card because I thought my old one “died”. Since I like the old one so much I bought the same exact one and when I get it I plugged it in yet nothing happens and it doesn’t show up in device manager. So I play around with it restarting the computer, playing with drivers, and playing with the position of the card to no luck. I have tried the card in a different computer and it worked fine. The sound card is a diamond Xtreme audio 5.1 PCI sound card I know it’s a little old but it was able to work before so I don’t know why it doesn’t work now. I am currently running windows 10 fully up to date. There is no indicator light to tell me it has power I hope the motherboard is not the problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

Well, I do have 2 of the sound cards for both my computers (both running windows 10) and the sound cards work on the other computer but just not this one. I also have used the sound card from the other computer on this computer before and it worked fine. But now both don't work.

It has no indicators on it and I have checked all over device manager for it and it has not shown up I have even restarted and turned off and on my computer many times. I also don't think it is DOA because I have 2 of them (one for my other computer) and I have tried and that one doesn't show up on my computer as well.

I have already tried that.

I didn't install the io shield because this board is refurbished. I made sure it is installed on the standoffs correctly. I have tried on onboard graphics.

Oh and the fans spin and lights turn on but no activity on the monitor.
