Hey Guys! I want to ask if someone did an Powermod before? With Liquid Metal and a high end GPU? How did you do it and how "safe" is it?

I wouldn't do SLI until I have enough money to throw it out my window to expensive in my opinion First I wanted a 1070 SLI but I will upgrade to a 1080 Ti from Asus. I'd say stay with 1 GPU and spend the saved money on the nextgen GPU

So I got 4.8 at 1.32V I think thats decent. And my temps are under 80 in Realbench( after 30 min)

Can I ask why?

I read that parallel makes less restriction... (ekwb guide for gpu) so i thought that would also account for this scenario?

For today i achieved stable 4.8Ghz with 1.360v

I wanted to upgrade my setup every 3-5 years, if I do so, I "won't" see this degradation? And Cinebench avg. is 1010 with now 1.39 @4.9 5GHz won't even boot..so I forget about that.

So I'm dumb (sorry) so I ask why especially high Voltage is bad? Why does it hurt the CPU?
