I am currently running Ubuntu and want to move to Windows 10, should I get it on a usb or download it?

I am currently using my Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator mouse and keyboard.

I don't actually have a graphics card, and I kind of need one as I'm using integrated graphics on my A10 7850K. I can't really play graphically intensive games which is annoying since I bought The Witcher 3 in the steam summer sale. I am looking to buy an rx 480 but I'm limited on cash so it would be convenient if I won one.
