  1. Bios reset fixed it, completed 20 mins of cinebench and hasn't gone over 95 which is the temp limit. thanks everyone!!
  2. case was Cooler master Q300L with an intake fan at the bottom front and an exhaust fan by the io shield
  3. I measured with ryzen master and with gpu Z both reported the same temps
  4. So I just Built a Pc for a friend, it has a ryzen 3600 on a B450 M from Asus so first thing i do is run some benchmarks and stress tests to check that all the components are good. I ran cinebench R23 and I was checking temps with ryzen master, no OC done, stock cooler, and I was alarmed to see the temps were surpasing the 100c without the cpu throttling. I stopped the stress test when it reached 107c and it was still running at 3.9 ghz idk if its normal or not first time with doing anything with ryzen.
  5. okaay news on this topic newegg finally issued a credit back on the charges, ty everyone for your interest
  6. profeco doesnt have jurisdiction on international purchases so far i got this with the social media pressure, so i will be updating you in 5 business days
  7. i dont know how it would work me being in mexico and a mexican citizen, plus the cost of a lawyer and everything else I really doubt they will be willing to give any compensation out of the blue, should i ask for something directly?
  8. so between what they ripped him off and what they ripped me off its about 500 usd Updates on neweggs front
  9. that didnt happen because the tracking guide showerd the order went to memphis and from there was shipped by plane to toluca mexico where the mexican customs checked it and charged the duties to fedex which in turn charged them back to me hat didnt happen because the tracking guide showerd the order went to memphis and from there was shipped by plane to toluca mexico where the mexican customs checked it and charged the duties to fedex which in turn charged them back to me and when i contacted fedex they told me that in they system it checked that the sender was supposed to prepay for the duties but hadnt done it here is the tracking guide https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=732658169686&locale=es_MX&cntry_code=mx
  10. yeah sorry the fedex invoice is in spanish, but as you can see where i circled in red is the section where fedex lists if any prepaid money have been deposited to make the payment in customs, and on the other invoice from newegg its circled in red the amount of money they charged me to supposedly pay the duties. so 2 things are very clear to me, newegg did charge me $1277.24 mxn ($68 usd aprox) on the concept of duties, Fedex says in their invoicie that they didnt recieve any money as prepayment for duties, and when my order arrived fedex charged me $1152 mxn (66 usd aprox)
  11. Fedez invoice lists $0 on the prepaid section meaning they didnt recieve anything from newegg $1152+$725+$2846 (thats all from duties of my orders and its in MXN) plus aproximatelly the same from my friends order which was roughly the same as mine give us aa total of 547 usd, srry about saying it was about 1k usd got a bit confused with exchange rates, but still its quite a sizable amount that apparently newegg is pocketing
  12. yeah fedex was more than helpful but its as simple as newegg providing a proof that they paid fedex instead of shooting me off with their "duties are resposability of the importer" bullshit
  13. those are just from me and my friend ordered the same things i did so add those invoices and multiply them by 2
  14. that is jsut from one order between me and my friend its about 1k usd then why would newegg not be of some sort of assistance instead of givin the obvously generic response and not even bothering to read the invoices i attached i was charged twice, once by newegg and once again by fedex on arrival
