AMD is for the budget gamer who wants the higher performance but doesnt want to spend the money intel will snatch from your wallet faster than a steam sale. When considering the price for the performance it is a good value. Shure it didnt live up to all of the hype it got but it still isnt a bad thing. It seems more aimed at worksations and the low-high end if that makes sense. They arent the best but they arent pushovers either. As for the heat thing cmon....this is AMD you can use it as a heater.
Thats a lot of data to push through. My router only gets up to 3.4 maximum and honestly you shouldn't need that kind of thing unless your like running a company server or something.
I managed to host a LAN party on .5Mbps(Downloads were not fun ,_,) i think you would be better off getting a normal internet but if its all you have i guess.
Based on the drawing since i dotn know how big the case is one it look like you have good airflow and two a blower style gets the gpu hotter and the open air gets the overal system warmer. But based on this airflow i would say open air style. Remember this a blower style is better for smaller cases without a lot of fans on them a open air is better for bigger cases with good airflow. Hope this helps in the future.
