  1. Why not make the whole room a mouse pad. You could play with your mouse set to 1dpi
  2. That is going to be an impoolse buy for a lot of people
  3. Some pools won't change that as long as Sims 4 still has less features than Sims 3, which costs a lot less.
  4. All tough it has no branding, the Akasa Venom XXL (890*450 thickness 3mm) seems to be what you are looking for. EDIT: Also available in this ridiculous Yellow and black colour scheme.
  5. No it won't work. The PS3 Cpu is based on the "Cell Architecture", which is completely different from your pc's x86 architecture. This is also the reason why there aren't any ps3/xb360 emulators since cell is very hard to emulate
  6. Was the afterparty recorded somewhere? Or did Luke turn Twitch VOD to Subscriber only?
  7. You're right. One shall not bother anyone with maths on the weekend
  8. Yeah... I think they just gave everybody who registered 4 extra codes
  9. I just got 3 additional steam codes for the Evolve Alpha. Here they are. First come, first serve. NFCTB-9C8CK-BF8D4 NFCX3-TH6NG-G5C6M NFD86-GQBRZ-7DR69 The keys can be redeemed in Steam. Have fun. EDIT: All keys have been claimed.
  10. Buy an old van and pray paint "Free Candy" on it. Place said van in front of your house. Problem solved.
  11. Shure (completely forgot about it. Thanks)
  12. Caseking reveiled their 11Year anniversary special prices. They are available until supply lasts, but no longer than November 2nd. http://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/Oktober:_:1027.html First there is the GTX760 reference from Zotac for 149.90€ (Includes "Borderlands The Pre-Sequel") Then there is the before mentioned R9 290 from Gigabyte for 229.90€ (Includes "Alien Isolation","Sniper Elite 3" and "Tomb Raider") And then, there is the GTX 970 from Inno3d for 299.90€ (No game included, but apparently you get a code for 3D Mark and a free mousepad) Especially the R9 is apretty good deal imo. EDIT: Game bundles added.
  13. That happens sometimes. The easiest solution to this would be to put the sd card into a digital camera, and let it format the card. You can also do that on your computer, but it is going to be a bit harder
  14. A 980 shouldn't have any problems to run games @60 in 1440p. If you don't mind buying a korean monitor of ebay, then there's an excellent video by TekSyndicate, where they give an overview over the different models
  15. You should be fine. DigitalStorm ran some Benchmarks with 3 980s and an overclocked 5960X (@4.6GHz). Source
  16. Eduroam can be weird sometimes. My german university is using it too and it behaves very strange. My Macbook, as well as all the other OSX computers, have double to tripple the download speed of the Windows Laptops. In the same network!
  17. That's just ridiculous. Who came up with the idea to make the iphone even thinner? Nobody asked for it. It's not like with the development of the iPad when people didn't know that they were going to want it. The bending issue on the iPhone doesn't make apple look very professional. Didn't they test that during development?
  18. The case is nice. The issue for most will be, that it costs 190€. For which you will basically get some laser cut acryl that you have to assemble yourself. I still consider buying one as a test bench, because of the optional customizations, which can be overviewed here (Caseking, German site)
  19. Thanks, That's the first time that I heard of that. Still, a change to html5 is necessary.
  20. If they could switch to html5, I would be so happy. Silverlight eats up my laptops battery even faster than flash
  21. I will. BBC on the one screen, Game24 on the other. Sleep is for the weak
  22. I'm not shure if it's forbidden to use shortened links, but you normally wouldn't use them unless you're on twitter or another site that has a character limit. If you use them in a forum I assume that you want to make us click on a link, we normally wouldn't click on. Anyways, I filled out the googleDoc. I hope that helped
  23. I'm afraid of what will happen, if I click on that link... Why is this forum even allowing shortened links?
  24. I can't speak from experience, the only KVM switch I used was a vga one on a low res monitor. I believe that you'd have to spend at least 75$. This one seems to work: http://www.amazon.com/IOGEAR-2-Port-DVI-D-Cable-GCS932UB/dp/B002TQYSN8/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top It also seems to support resolutions up to 1920x1200
