the thing is even on lowest settings i have bad pop in of models and textures.

I listen to my friend to go with navidia being a amd guy i said ok why not try it. To be honest this is not a good first impression but such is the way of pc gamming is there any way to fix this

i had sent the card to fix after this had happened they said it was fine in all tests. my system temps at best cool 64 cpu and 85 gpu at maxed out fall out 4 and gta V. so its not a temp thing i was thinking gpu might not be getting enough power from my 750 watt psu. or maybe it taxed psu so hard power has some how messed up im not sure tbh.

Any games from big ones like gta V and fall out 4 to older ones like odd world stranger. world map size does not matter i even have issues with dark souls 3 and bio shock infinite. fighting games have muked up textures or physics are out of wack with clothing or hair. I have check all type of game settings this isn't something that was around from the start it happend out of nowhere games run smooth fps wise but its like its getting texture and model info really late or something.

ive tried messing with settings ive even done a fresh install of win 7 and win 10 can it be that cpu and gpu are not communicating fast enough

so i have had god awfil load distances like no matter the game i can see texture and modle popins it is bad new and old games have this problem i have had this pc for 7 months and this problem only started 4 months ago i sen the gpu to fix which they said worked fine on their test cpu seems fine and idk if its psu or mobo help i have a i7 4790k cpu 4.00 ghz a nividia gtx 980 ti by gigabyte mobo is a z97 gaming 7 lga 1150 socket and yes drivers are up to date
