What about this and the sound card or a $40 sound card?

I'm looking for a $50 headset for gaming. There either needs to be a mic on it or a good mic that fits in the $50 budget. I will be using it for gaming but it doesn't have to be a "gaming" headset. I was looking at this sound card. If you would recommend a more expensive one then please recommend a cheaper headset so that it totals around $80.
