So I recently bought and installed an XFX RX 590 Fatboy graphics card to replace the integrated graphics on my Ryzen 2400g, and it worked great for the first two weeks. For the past week, however, it is constantly freezing my system. When I have a game booted up, the display is frozen after a random amount of time (sometimes 2 minutes or a few hours) but sounds continue to play, but when I don't have a game up, the system is still slightly usable. It allows me to start up apps but their icons never appear on the taskbar and the system is generally slow. In this state I opened up task manager and got this:
This was with the integrated graphics still enabled, allocated 256mb of memory from the 16gb I had installed. The GPU and IGPU usage at -1% is consistent as I have seen this three times now. The system is relatively new and worked well until after I installed the GPU. I've updated to the most recent version of Windows 10, updated the AMD display drivers twice, and played around with just about every Wattman setting there is. I even tried max fan speed and underclocking to no avail. It seems that GPU load and temps beforehand are not the cause either. Thanks for the help in advance.
