I backed up all my phone data on my pc 2 days ago and resettet the phone. Afterwards I tried to recover the data with the backup I made via Samsung Smart Switch.. It recovers everything but my contacts and my calender (S Planner), but exactly those 2 things are the ones i need most. When finished it just says "An error occured. Recovery isn't possible." Also my contacts should be synced with my Samsung Account, but I can't recover (sync) them from the Account, too... (or I'm too stupid to get it working) I'm really getting frustrated now, especially because EVERY. SINGLE. APPOINTMENT. was stored on my phone in the S Planner (I really need them!). Hope someone of you guys can help me and the mandatory: sorry for my english

As you can read in the title the Amazon Music App on my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) running on Android 5.1.1 (still waiting for 6.0.0) just shuts itself down. It usually only plays a couple minutes of music until it abruptly stops - for further clarification: it completely closes the app and not only stops playing the music. I already checked that the Sleep-Timer definitely is turned off, but I'm suspecting the musiclibrary refreshing (refreshing every 10 minutes) to be the thing stopping the musicand closing the app for whatever reason. Hope you guys can help me
