thanks for the reply yeah lots of people say this but i have a creative live 5.1 as well and i think its a bit older and its horrible even with modded drivers and a good eq preset, so i was thinking that there may be some better cards than my audigy by now but maybe not? i have a fairly decent audio setup and im always after better quality

hi peoples, i have a creative soundblaster audigy 2 zs here in my rig i have been using it on the Kx Project modded drivers and it sounds great. but is it still any good compared to todays standards. (im talking audio quality not for gaming)

thats more than enough for 1080p man look at my specs and i get like 70fps at 1080

yeah the s340 is a nice case man i like it but the airflow is not too good thats all

maybe that cpu will throttle at 74 deg c so it could be bottling it, but even that is highly unlikely. if i were you i would undo the overclock to 4.6 and see how it goes you might need a better cpu cooler

wow your cpu is getting super got for what is is what are you cooling it with? that could be why but it is verry unlikely what about drivers are you using the latest drivers and has it been doing this only since a update?

yeah temps because the s340 is knowin for having bad airflow and it might be thermal throttling

yeah i would chuck in the optical drive

before you open it up try plugging in a second monitor and see if it does the flickering on that

or you might need a new screen try pluging in a second monitor and see if that does it

has it been dropped or sat on? the ribbon cable inside might be loose

not really "faster" as such, but it really depends on what games you are going to play

i dont think that it does, asus website dosent tell you it just says regular dp

and intel celeron is not good enough for that im sorry to say it but you might need a upgrade like a i3 or even amd fx

yeah i know thats why re flowing isint always a good idea but its sorta all i can do since i have tried like everything to get it going

i have a heat gun that can get much hotter that a soldering iron

i was just going to reflow it and see if that fixed it because i got nothing to loose right?
