If you need to go AMD on the GPU, then the Vega64 is the only decent GPU they make in that price range. The other option is going with an Nvidia GPU, and getting a 2060 Super. You get the benefit of RTX, as well as a more stable GPU.
 
your system tend's to crash with a crappy PSU, but Corsair doesn't make THAT bad of PSUs. They aren't top of the line, but they aren't garbage either.

there isn't a video card in my rig because i don't have the money to buy one.

So AMD's new graphics cards are here, and they are pretty sick... But what's even more sick than hearing about a new graphics card? Owning one for yourself!
