i disagree completely. I've watched plenty of videos and read posts and it's a perfectly acceptable mount location. In fact my temperatures are overall better with it in front when I did my testing.

it wouldn't make much of a difference since you have an AIO. Maybe a bit more airflow around your vrms but that's it. It should be fine if you want to do it, there shouldn't be an increased amount of turbulence

I take back what I wrote actually sorry, either you are really a horrible human being or just a young naive and immature person still in highschool. The legal system doesn't need to be involved everywhere. You are aware you can be legally not guilty of something but still be guilty of the action you done.... you realise that right? It's irrelevant to the point.

And how is it pointless and harmful? If what she says is 100% true but they cannot prove it in court, how the F is it pointless to air it out and let the truth be out there? Do you understand what it takes to pursue legal matter and how much money it cost? Of course you don't or else you wouldn't be writing such comments.  I used to think like you when I was a kid a few years back but now I've matured and learned a lot about life. The system is rigged against you in the first place for most things.

If something is being broken by your boss you 100% come to them with the issue they are breaking like hello? What am I reading right now.

Holyyyy this improved it a lot! Hit the BIOS boot screen at 17 seconds and was fully in Windows at 31 seconds. Thanks!

Hi, try this too. Look for a setting in BIOS setup called memory context restore. This saves on boot times by skipping memory training after the first few boots to lower boot time.

YEah its normal, my 3600 handsomely breat my BF's 7700X on start up.

By the way, if you ware upgrading to a 7800X3D and encounter performance problem, you might need to do a clean install on Windows. GN reported they had that problem when testing their 7800X3D.

DDR5 does a sort of memory training on startup, so the BOOT times are notoriously long in comparison.

Its normal, but will get better over time in my experience. My BOOT times are shorter now than when I first built the machine months ago.

To both, answer is yes. Though with keyboards, the need for profiles is less obvious. I don't think many use them for other than RGB. But for mice, DPS, binds and macros are a key. I have different dps for graphics editing than for Windows in general. I have had in past different dps for games and within game too. I have had different profiles for different software for work because of macros and binds.

Yes, I use different DPI profiles between FPS, RTS and desktop as well as disable some buttons in esports games.

Keyboard, I disable a few buttons for certain games

For mine, I have two profiles. I have one that is the RGB that I like on both keyboard and mouse. The other is the rgb turned off on everything incase I need to leave my pc on for any reason.

TheMidnightNarwhal reacted to Doobeedoo in What's the point of different profiles for keyboards and mice?
I don't use them as much, profiles for keyboard so say macros don't overlap with either Windows and different software or game binds. Though I try to set main things to work regardless of profiles so it works in general. Like launch certain thing. I use dozens of macros in WoW so this is nothing strange to me.
For mouse, no no profiles, don't need anything change. In fact no software it's all hardware setup for my mouse. I never really change my DPI I could on my mouse if I'd need for older game that only may work like that or I'd need to for some software for more precission though very rare.
So in general no I kinda stopped with profiles for both as I can set up and get pretty much everything without changing them on the fly.

Ask Canada Computers. You should've gotten some kind of receipt/coupon code you can then register with AMD.

In gaming they're pretty much the same, so yeah.. the 5800x is more thermally dense so it'll probably run hotter as well

TheMidnightNarwhal reacted to SpookyCitrus in Which CPU to get as an upgrade from Ryzen 5 3600?
A CPU upgrade will help, or a 1440p monitor upgrade would also help. It's fairly difficult to try to explain a resolution/cpu bottleneck in a way that's easily understandable. At least I haven't found the perfect explanation yet. But I'll try.
When you have a beefy GPU it can send things to the CPU to process fairly quickly so you need a well balanced CPU to process what the GPU sends to it in a consistent and quick manor. If your GPU is outputting too much too fast it can cause your CPU to bog down or get overloaded. The reason 1440p would be better for your system is because it wouldn't be as much info as fast from the GPU to the CPU, where as 1080p what's happening is your GPU is sending your CPU too much to do too fast that it's bogging it down. Causing worse performance. I hope that isn't too confusing.
