  1. I thought that maybe since the G4560 is worth it over the i3 counterpart (in gaming) some people would have the same question as me when they hear that it doesn't have AVX.
  2. Is there a LTT or TechQuickie video of this? Edit: Maybe we should get them to make it.
  3. I want to build a media streaming pc (for like 350 euro) for my living room and I was looking into the G4560 chip because it seems like the most VFM thing right now. But when I took a closer look reviewers mentioned that it doesn't have AVX (compared to the i3) but that it doesn't affect gamers (I don't care about that.) So I looked up AVX and I couldn't exactly understand what it's meant for and I need you guys to explain it to me and tell me if there is any chance I will need it in the future. Thank you in advance. P.S. I don't need a GPU for this PC right?
  4. I just bought a new Acer Aspire E5-575G with no OS and I'm looking forward to installing windows 7 if possible. My concern is that at the product support page of this laptop there are only Windows 10 drivers. Will these work correctly? If not is there a way to get Windows 7 drivers for that machine? I've seen some programs that claim to find the suitable drivers for your machine (Driver Booster and others) but I'm confused, are there even any Windows 7 drivers for this? Will similar Windows 7 drivers from older Acer laptops work? Or will I be forced to run Windows 10? Thanks in advance
  5. I'm looking to buy a 1080p 24" TN FreeSync monitor and I'm currently looking at Viewsonic VX2457-mhd / AOC G2460VQ6. Any thoughts on these and/or any other recommendations? 144Hz falls out of my budget and I won't be playing FPS games like CS:GO so I don't think I need it. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  6. This is my new white 1080p streaming/gaming build and I would like to know your feedback on it. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/wCPmLD I got around 150 euros for a monitor. Do you guys think I should bother with FreeSync around this price point?
  7. You have answered my question tho thank you
  8. Who overclocks on stock cooler I got a tight budget atm and when I get the money for a good cooler (probably hydro) I will overclock this. I don't mind the disadvantages as this is purely a gaming machine.
  9. Yes it's for 1080p gaming nothing more. I'm planning to overclock the processor if that's what you think is unbalanced. Does it work?
  10. I just want to know if there's anything in this build that won't work together. Should I trust pcpartpicker saying that it's compatible? http://pcpartpicker.com/list/6P8RKZ
  11. I live in Greece so talking about budget is kinda weird I think considering I have a different currency and different merchants. All I can tell you is that the build I linked is as expensive as it can get without the monitor price in mind.
  12. I don't think I'll mind re-installing Windows in a few months that I'll get the SSD. I just need to get this pc fast because my laptop is dying.
  13. The part I haven't looked in is if it's worth future proofing the PSU. I'm pretty sure it's not but ye. If not suggest me a PSU for the current build (i randomly put a random one for the watts i needed )
