  1. ouch.. there's a bunch of $100 monitor with at least 1600x900 or even crappy 1920x1080, that strix 960 is begging for a new monitor
  2. unplug every hardware from mobo, mostly causes by hardware reading, clean your hardware pins, and plug in again..if still not boot up, try to use only one stick ram, see if it booting up or not, if it boots up, try another stick of ram, there's a lot of possibility here, either your ram, vga, motherboard or psu, try one on one and find the cause
  3. depends on your new hardware, if just GPU (you just need to reinstall the new GPU driver) or RAM, they will be fine, but if it's your motherboard or processor, unfortunately you can't, because already installed windows on your old pc will have a different chipset and etc installed with your new rig, so it will be wise to clean install your os
  4. i really don't get it the fanboy thing, if it's a good deal for you, then just buy it, it's a simple as that
  5. ah ... if i have enough money to buy at least one of these, that would be wonderful
  6. if motherboard was ok, and the ram is also ok, the last thing i can think of is some kind of viruses or malware that eat up your ram usage.. maybe some hidden under windows/system (NOT system32 < this one is your OS).. the fastest way is reinstall your windows if you have the OS disk to get the thing in clean state, best of luck mate
  7. oh well, it's like already on bad state, and that clicking sound, there's some service store that offered to get your stuff inside dead hdd and save it somewhere, BUT it cost very expensive and expect some of the files are corrupted
  8. i assume you've already tried switching ram position and running one on one to check if the ram was ok and if all works fine, im suspecting the ram slot on your motherboard, maybe some corrosion due to unstable electricity
  9. i5 4690K + new GPU should be more than enough
  10. not go with 1070 instead? save more $100 and get 1070 next month
  11. keyboard : cheap advan standart keyboard, mouse : a4tech v8ma, headset : half broken razer charcarias
  12. oh people use win 10 is 50%, maybe i should move to win 10 too
  13. ah yes, 400w should be OK, i forget that back in the day i was aiming overclock with r9 270 that's why i said 500 or 600, sorry mate.. non overclock should be ok with 400, my bad
