  1. It would be fine since we're gonna see more reviews instead of just "first thoughts"..it wouldn't be bad though to just add performance reviews to regular unboxings and not totally abandon them my 2 cents
  2. Logo inspired by Murderbox MK II ? http://www.murderbox.com/
  3. I run a Kingston V300R for my boot drive because of the great price. I have a 1 TB WD Caviar Black for my games and 2 1TB WD Blue drives in Raid 1 for backup storage of my important files. I also have a 500GB WD external drive for storage and mobility. Facebook share Bodie Dava: http://on.fb.me/1dNgyoa Twitter share @4rclite: http://bit.ly/13btLAu
  4. yeah..I just tend to go for the aesthetics of the RAM..matches the theme too
  5. I would suggest a GTX 760 and if he decides to upgrade a year later..he can just change the mobo, CPU and PSU and get another 760 for SLI. That way he would still be able to handle the newer games
  6. Hello, Im new to this forum so here is what I would like to know your thoughts on which PSU I should get for my rig; 1. Budget & Location USD$2000 - 2800 Location : Malaysia 2. Aim Gaming such as BF3 Crysis 3 World of Warcraft SC2 etc. 1 or 2 VMs 3. Monitors Right now I'm using a Samsung 40" LED TV as my monitor. I might go for Tri monitor setup but it wont be on this year. I plan on using either 23" or 27" monitors later on 4. Peripherals Just the CPU. I already have a mech keyboard, game pad and mouse. 5. Why are you upgrading? My current system is still an i3-540 and I think it is time to upgrade my PC plus I want to try out watercooling. Specs: Original specs: Intel Core i5-4670K Corsair H100i Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H GeForce GTX 780 16GB Corsair Vengeance 120GB Samsung 840 Series SSD 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black but I gave it some thought and changed it to this; Intel Core i7-4770K Corsair H100i Gigabyte Sniper 5 GeForce GTX 780 16GB Corsair Vengeance/Dominator 120GB Samsung 840 Series SSD 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black Hard Drive AX860i PSU Color Scheme : Green / Black Case : Corsair 900D [i already have this] I can afford to change the AX860i to AX1200i, I know this would be overkill but I also plan to do SLI probably next year when the 780 is a bit cheaper and go for a full watercooled setup. Let me know your thoughts I also plan to have around 7 HDDs and 2 SSDs later thats why I'm thinking of getting the 1200W one.
