Hi everyone, I have used minecraft many time for classroom building projects but now am looking at trying to create a server with multiple seperated build plots for students to use. DOes anyone know of a link to a video or build guide around this subject. I have hit a bit of a wall. Cheers

Thanks for the Links Goofy, Trying not to use education speak (sorry bad teacher habit) I am trying to create a something like what would be project managment software. Where a Teacher would create a specific set of tasks (which would be learning goals that needed to be completed over a set amount of time) as a rubric. the students would then be able to see these tasks and upload evidence of how they have completed them, like a photo or a web link for example. Parents would only be able to view their childs specific task sheet. the idea would be that studetns could see all the requirments of a semesters topic and they could work through them either following the teacher or at their own pace. the Teacher would then be able to check work and mark it as completed or not. There is a possibility I am severly overextending myself. at this stage I have a seperate google sheet for each student which I share with them showing their progress but students are either not interested or can find it a bit to overwhelming and I am trying to create a better solution.

Thanks I have had a look, the problem is its buisness focused I am looking to create something just for studetns (11-15 years old) and teachers.

Hi all I am a middle school teacher looking to design a progress tracking app for students to use. I have done some web page design back in the day and am reasonably computer literate (run IT in my school) but have not really had any programming experience outside teaching programming basics and robotics in the classroom. Does anyone have any ideas where I could start am looking to create an expanding tree branch format. the idea is that a teacher could use it and share the information with students and parents so web based would be most likley as it could run cross platform. Hi all. I am looking at purchasing an Asus ROG GX502GV-PB74, love the look and reviews seem amazing. for me it needed to have an international warranty and be reliable. when i purchase it i also want to double the ram (mainly so it will run dual channel) and put in another m.2 ssd. here is my question... it says the second m.2 bay supports PCIE and SATA are there two different drives i should be looking at? from what i have seen there is not a 2.5 inch drive bay. I am new to using m.2 drives my current desktop that this will be replacing was a bit umm ddr3 generation.

Hi guys, first time posting. i am currently on holiday and my MacBook has crapped its pants and I need a replace. At home I currently have an I7 4770 I think (5 months away) with 16g ram and a gtx1070. its a bit old and in need of a replace as well. I am looking at a blade 15 with a gtx2060 to replace both as I am traveling for a bit and can live without a desktop if I have a good laptop. Is this a good buy at 2k usd and would it last 3-4 years. I am a teacher who still loves gaming but also have bills. Any help would be amazing.

Hi, I am looking to upgrade the SSD in my MacBook Pro from the 256gb to at least 960gb but do not really want to fork out for the Jetdrive 720 960GB does anyone know of any alternatives. I am a PC guy and am doing this to get more life out of it as a travel photoshop machine. MacBook Pro "Core i5" 2.6 13" Early 2013 2.6 GHz Core i5 (I5-3230M), Model A1425 (EMC 2672).
