I don't know much about game photography, but that looks good to me. 8/10

This photo was taken with a Canon EOS Rebel XSi with EF-S 18-55mm IS lens, and slightly edited in Lightroom 5.

Haha love it. I always enjoy seeing black and white photos. The background seems mismatched for the mouse trap but it's better than it being on a boring carpet. 9/10.

This is a photo composite I did a few weeks ago.

Technomancer__ reacted to Valkyrie Lenneth in Do I have enough cooling for this?
i personally dont think it is worth it for the few mhz , why spend so much money on a watercooling set if u wont get the performance out of it, u can rather just upgrade the thing to a threadripper ( for the same money ) basicly... and if u would resell that chip ud probably even have profit compared to buying a watercooling set :v

then again, if u want it that bad and u want it for looks aswell.. why not i suppose dont forget its still alot of money

besides most chips reach there limit and wont benefit too much from watercooling in the end compared to a nh-d15 for example

ive had some chips that just wouldnt go above a certain ghz/mhz  example , stuck at 4.5ghz 8350 . stable at 1.4v     and even at 1.6v 4.6ghz wouldnt even be stable :v

You could probably cool a good bit more with all that.

Technomancer__ reacted to Shakaza in Why does Vishera suck?
It's a little thing called instructions per clock, often abbreviated as IPC. It's the amount of work (instructions) a CPU can carry out per clock cycle, or every time it switches on and off. It is determined by how the architecture is constructed, and it can get very complex very quickly. So, don't worry about the details; just remember that it's generally the cause of one CPU performing better than another at the same clock speed.

One word: IPC. Or how many instructions a CPU can execute per GHz. Kabylake has almost 2x better IPC than Vishera

Single 1080ti. Always ALWAYS ALWAYS single fastest card over dual. SLI support is not guaranteed to work and doesn't scale 100% perfect like it does in benchmarks.

Technomancer__ reacted to AlTech in GTX 1080 SLI vs GTX 1080Ti
GTX 1080TI since SLI is no longer a widely supported standard.

If you play games with SLI support, SLI 1080. If you play games that don't have SLI support, 1080Ti.

Technomancer__ reacted to Lord Nicoll in GTX 1080 SLI vs GTX 1080Ti
As mentioned, a single GTX 1080ti is cheaper, more power efficient, offers better support and more RAM, I'd pick that over the SLI one every time.

I would call the motherboard the central nervous system. It delivers the information from all the other body parts to the brain.

Technomancer__ reacted to Leonard in Can't set DNS
Firstly, is your internet IPv6 or IPv4 because if it is IPv6 and you are trying to set IPv4 then IPv6 will obviously be the primary DNS. Secondly, are you setting the DNS in the IPv4 properties and then hitting Use the following DNS server then OK?...if so then do it again and then open an administrator's cmd and type ipconfig /all and look for the DNS that you entered if it is not there then your PC may be hacked. Thirdly, are you connected to a router before your ISP's modem?
