I suggest you keep your PSU (if its good enough for the upgraded parts), case and drives and upgrade the rest. a new gpu will be bottlenecked by your cpu

all of my very important stuff (for school) is automatically saved to my next cloud server and synch across 4 computers so that's pretty safe. all photos and stuff is automatically backed up to the server thru plex and then backed up to an external drive every month. software, media and other files are just stored on the server and protected by the 1 drive parity.
