Those temps are actually fine for a 5700XT. My card personally runs around 90C edge and 110C Junction stock and around 80C and 100C with a custom fan curve. As long as your Junction is at or below 115C you are within AMD's Temperature spec. The higher readouts are actually just because of the way AMD is actually reading die temps now, with Junction being the single hottest area. Where as in the past it was only read off an edge temp, much like NVidias current cards and AMD's older cards were.

You're doing way better than my reference cooler... Your junction is my regular GPU temps, and my junction is 110°-115°. Those temps are not in any way harmful to your GPU.

Yeah, but none of them are at 100% fan speed. You WILL get a temperature drop if you increase fan speed.

If its retail, complain to MS. Retail license means its valid on every one device at the time, without limits. OEMs can be refused to activate on new hardware, or after some other limit and by installing one you agree on that limit. Ofc you can try with OEM to call and make-up some sad story. Thats up to you.
 
E: Or if license is connected to your MS account, just login. Connecting key to account frees it from limits.

If you use an online account rather than offline for login then just call MS and explain the problem, they will fix it over the phone. 
 
 
If you are one of those that "deactivates all the crap ware in windows hurr hurr hurr" then still call MS and explain but they most likely will not believe you and will want you to buy a new windows 10 license.
 
 
MS support is usually very helpful, just tell them what happened and see what they can do. For licensing issues the only people that can help you are the original vendor. 
 
 
One thing to add though is if your original windows 7 license was an OEM license rather than a retail license then you will have to buy a new license for your new machine because that's the rules with OEM and you would just have been lucky it worked previously.

and i upgraded alot of hardware no issue but after upgrading to my ryzen build i can't get it activated.
cause keys are motherboard bound.

i ended up buying a new license for $50 from a friend who has a pc shop.

"Could" be compared to Dark Souls series. But in all honesty, it's a different game in itself. I played Demon Souls, Dark Souls 1-3 and Bloodborne btw.

The PS4 has some amazing games that aren't on PC. I play my PS4 all the time even though it's a complete piece of crap compared to my PC at a hardware level. PS4 has some unreal exclusives like Persona 5, Yakuza 0, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us, Uncharted 1-4, Ratchet & Clank, etc. And Nioh for PC kind of came out of nowhere, it looked like it would be a PS4 exclusive when I bought it ten months ago. I don't want to wait until 2019 or 2020 to play Red Dead Redemption 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3, which is probably a best case for a PC release. I wish I didn't have to buy a PS4 to play these games since my PC is worlds more powerful, but I want access to all the best exclusives (and then play multiplats on my PC).
 
I guess you have to be more into single player games than multiplayer to find the consoles worth buying. In 2017 the consoles have absolutely murdered the PC for single player games. For MP I'll concede the consoles suck with sub 60 fps refresh rates and no mouse & keyboard plus paid online. If I was mostly into Battlefield, COD, PUBG, Overwatch, CS:GO, Arma, etc I would probably find the consoles useless.

I'm a PC gamer first and foremost. But recently, I find myself playing on my PS4 since I'm a big fan of single player games with awesome story. Heck, I even re-bought Horizon Zero Dawn with the Frozen Wilds DLC yesterday just to re-play that awesome game which offers awesome story backed with awesome graphics BUT so-so gameplay. I'm even planning on getting myself a Nintendo Switch too. Lol.
 
In order to not miss anything, get them all. Except for XBOX X, I guess. Since you can play the games on that thing on PC too.

My corsair vengeance c15 3000Mhz will run at 3066Mhz even, nothing special done, just XMP enabled and choose frequency. It will depend on what board you are going to use though, I am using the ASrock AB350M pro 4, for reference.

In that case to give her the computer as is and put together either the Ryzen 7 1700 or the i5 8600k, both are very solid picks, streaming quality should be better on the Ryzen 7 being something that those extra threads truly help out, video editing and multi tasking should also be nicer if you do a lot of it.
 
The i5 8600k is not that much behind on it and as far as single thread performance goes it is the latest and greatest alright, the only way right now to get more fps in games would be going with the big brother i7 8700 / i7 8700k.
 
One thing should be noticed though, this is a lot of CPU horse power, like a lot, you're still very limited graphically, a common 1920x1080p60hz display has already gotten quite behind latest offerings, the RX 480 also only is mid range, It won't particularly matter over spend here and cheap up on the other side, a PC has to be balanced.

I'd go with the cheapest route and get an i7 7700
