Yes but why spend all that extra money when the 3200Mhz will do the job just fine....

I'd say buy as much graphics card as you can afford.
5700 over the 5600XT. If you can afford it, 5700XT

yes, 1660 with OC is close to a 1660 ti

but if you indeed are considering this to last 4 years, the 5700/2060s makes more sense. just know in the now, you are losing out man y frames with the 60hz monitor with those cards.

i was thinking of saving up for a 5700 cuz id still like to have an enjoyable gaming experience 5ish years from now..albeit not ultra settings but still, also not 480p ultra low

I'd recommend some gskill ripjaws 2x8Gb for ram, and as for the motherboard, unless you really need pcie 4, I'd recommend a B450 board, such as the msi b450 tomahawk max which I'd just bought or if you really need pcie 4 get the asus prime x570p. Also swap the 1660ti for a 1660s if you really want to go nvidia. if not, get the amd 5700 or 5700xt

Wow what a coincidence was thinking about making my basement into a home theater but didn't want to mount one to the ceiling, this looks like the perfect candidate for a projector built in smart apps and up to 100" don't mind if i do!
