  1. I am also interested in the Audio-Technica ATH-M50x. What do you think?
  2. Yes, they are open-back. I work in a relatively quiet environment and I don't think that would be a problem. However, would you recommend closed-back over open-back? If so, what closed-back headphones would you recommend?
  3. Thanks for the feedback! I'm going fo the Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 6XX "$250". I want to stay under $300, should I get the Schiit Fulla? Or do I need to go with the Fulla 2? Schitt Fulla - $59 Schitt Fulla 2 - $99
  4. So I'm in the market to upgrade my overall sound. I currently have a stock sound card running with my Hyper X Cloud II. I'm interested in upgrading my sound card, purchasing an amp, and upgrading my headphones. I would like to stay on a budget under $300 and get the absolute best sound I can get. I would be using them for editing, watching video, listening to music, and gaming. These are the upgrades I'm interested in: Sennheiser HD 598 Cs Closed Back Headphone https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01JP436TS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 Sound Blaster Z PCIe Gaming Sound Card with High-Performance Headphone Amp and Beam Forming Microphone https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009ISU33E/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 Bravo Audio V1 Tube Driven Headphone Amplifier https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A2QKTLW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_9?smid=A1J7WPTCZBLSW4&psc=1 My questions are, (Is it worth it?) (Will it be that much of an upgrade?) (Any other suggestions? "Different Headphones, Amp, Soundcards, etc...") Thanks, - Alex
  5. I'm in the market for a new TV for the man cave. Wanted a nice panel for gaming and movies. I was looking at the Samsung 4K HDR models and am having trouble deciding between the 120 Hz model and the 240 Hz model. The difference in price is currently $ 1,199.99 and $ 999.99. Just wanted some advice, regarding if the 240Hz model would be worth the extra $200. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-55-class-54-6-diag--led-curved-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-high-dynamic-range-black/5065700.p?skuId=5065700&ref=212&loc=1&ksid=de703ada-ec39-43a4-aedd-d25f12054f61&ksprof_id=16&ksaffcode=pg70950&ksdevice=c&lsft=ref:212,loc:2&gclid=Cj0KEQiAzZHEBRD0ivi9_pDzgYMBEiQAtvxt-Akr24o18GNj1Y1kXhLsju92-Qb90vyNMOKLnbMxwBoaApm-8P8HAQ http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-55-class-54-6-diag--led-curved-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-high-dynamic-range-black/5194000.p?skuId=5194000
  6. Yeah, my bad it is a i7 6700K. I would like to upgrade the fans due to the fact that I would want better cooling.
  7. I am thinking of purchasing either a MCM 5 or MCP 5. However, I have a $180 case budget and really like both cases. If I do purchase the MCP 5, then I would go with Noctua fans due to the fact that I have budget room to spend. I am siding more toward the MCP 5 with Noctua fans. My CPU is an i7 6700K, and I do plan to overclock. I would like overall great cooling and am in a bit of a jam between deciding between both of these choices. Please let me know any suggestions. - Thanks, Alex MasterCase Maker 5- Current Price $172.43 - https://www.amazon.com/MasterCase-Mid-Tower-FreeForm-Upgraded-Supression/dp/B01ER4898Y MasterCase Pro 5- Current Price $129.99 - https://www.amazon.com/MasterCase-Mid-Tower-FreeForm-Modular-Watercooling/dp/B013AY4V4S/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1469239838&sr=1-2&keywords=MasterCase+Maker+5 Noctua 120mm Fans- Current Price $19.88 - https://www.amazon.com/Anti-Stall-Bearing-PWM-Cooling-NF-S12A/dp/B00BEZZBFO
