The Green Caboose

So a few months ago my computer started freezing during games sometimes. I didn't think much of it. Now my computer freezes mutiple times a day. whether it is just booting up and has just about nothing open or when I'm gaming. I used to just restart my computer but now it will immediatly go to a blue screen with a qr code and then after it hits 100% it restarts. I disabled AMD's turbo mode thinking maybe that was the issue, but it did not work. I tried overclocking my cpu to 4.2ghz but that made zero difference. My computer runs extremely cool with the cpu rarely going above 60C. Please look over the specs and ask anything that I might have missed.
