Change the thermal paste. Recently did mine which was a day one edition and now i cant even hear it I used Prolimatech PK-3 on mine.

If your willing to try something different may I make some reccommendations ? Neverending Nightmares Layers of fear theres a lot of indie games too that will definitely be under your budget, you could probably end up with 2 games if your willing to fish them out or see what's in the current humble bundles as you pay what you like

I wouild upgrade your CPU first. Then upgrade your GPU later on. those cards could possibly bottleneck your pc without upgrading your CPU first
