  1. so for future gaming i should just leave it on appliciation controlled and SSAA off ?
  2. im not forcing AA via NVCP im enchancing it 8x and transparency 8x Super sampling. I was told it improves the graphics, is that not true ?
  3. well on Black Ops 2 using 4k DSR im currently using 8x MSAA and everything on MAX in game and also in nvidia control panel. 60 fps.
  4. Thread explains what are i already know they are different types of AA and i know which is better and which is worst, but not the number (2x,4x,8x) of aa that is better or worst. (most games only have up to 4x txaa in them while in some msaa and csaa can be used on 16 and and csaa can even go up to 32. for exemple TXAA is better then MSAA because it gives the similar quality for less of a performence hit, but does that mean that 4x txaa > 4x msaa when its only quality im conerened about and if so then is 4x txaa = 8 msaa or does 8x msaa beat it. cause in every game 4x txaa comes after 8x msaa.... and does that mean TXAA is better then QCSAA and CSAA and MLAA quality wise or is it just beacause the performence hit is not so big that it is considered better
  5. Hey guys. I recently bought a new gaming pc with an I7 6700K and a GTX 1070 Strix graphics card. since i never had the time to game i decided to buy this PC and play all the games i always wanted to play RPG, FPS and all the good stuff. I played throught some of the newer games and now im playing Black Ops 2 and im always wondering what is the best kind of AA to chose if no matter what i use, vsync and fps is on 60 and what i want is the best quality. for exemple i have the option to chose 8x MSAA and 4x TXAA (also the option to enable FXAA) on BO2 and on other games i even have 16x MSAA or SSAA or SMAA or CSAA. Basically i'm looking for a categorised list of AA from worst quality to best existing quality that i can achieve with AA. my main question tho is for BO2 which is better 4x TXAA or 8x MSAA (not talking about performence cause i can run both the same just looking for best quality image) and if its 8x MSAA should i eneble FXAA with it or leave it disabled.
  6. Hey Guys. I'm using a GTX 1070 on my 1080P 60Hz monitor (gonna buy a new one but for now i'm using this) i'm having a Call Of Duty marathon and i noticed the option to Sync Every Frame. When i don't use it (MW2 and MW3 for exemple) i'm getting around 600-700FPS and when i am using it im getting 60FPS meaning it basically adjusts the Frame per second to what my monitor is capable of so that i won't have any screen tearing. My question is would i actually benefit from turning on this option (i think its V-Sync) or will i be better of just playing with max FPS even tho my Monitors max is 60Hz ? Will 600 FPS cause major screen tearing ?
  7. Hey Guys. I've just bought my new computer and i'm using After Effects CC 2015 and Media Encoder CC 2015 for my YouTube projects. My specs are: CPU: i7 6700K. GPU: GTX 1070 RAM: 16GB of DDR4 2400Mhz SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 512GB. HHD: Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB. System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit External effects used: Trapcode & Sound Keys & Twitch Project File: http://www.filedropper.com/trapempireproject Basically my old computer was very very slow, had a GTX 210 i think, an i5 750 and a really slow HHD. it took me hours to render videos that other people rendered in less then 40 minutes and i got sick and tired of it and invested in a ultra computer for gaming and rendering. But to my surprise this computer is actually performing worse then what other people told me their computers perform with lesser (lot lesser) specs. I can't figure out if something is wrong with my AE or system in general or are my expectations too high and the performance im receiving is right on the dot of what should be and is good. This project file is the project i am trying to render with Adobe Media Encoder and After Effects (same render time with both). It takes me 2 and a half hours to render this project. Also when i preview render in after effects it gives me a 1-2 seconds of real time and then goes into not real time preview rendering 15 fps out of 60 with the quarter quality and 1-2 fps on full quality. So i'm really confused. Please if somebody can, download this project file and render it on your computer and tell me how long it takes you and if something is wrong with my pc tell me how i can improve it to get the best render time possible ! My Render settings are: H.264 60FPS VBR 1 10-12 bit-rate Use Maximum Render Quality
  8. i am interested in RPG's ! and thank you for this list, i've heard about some of these games and i am planning on playing all of the above (hope to before my eyes bleed out )
  9. Well i am planning on buying the 1080TI when it is released (forget to change it since today i bought the pc). I have an Asus Strix 1070 with a 1080 60hz monitor. Planning on getting the 1080TI and a Acer Predator 3440x1440 100hz monitor
  10. Hey guys. Just bought my new gaming PC and i can't figure out where to start, i want to build my experience as a gamer by playing every worthy game since i missed all of the games every other gamer already played. I never had a pc capable of playing anything other then MapleStory and CounterStrike lmao so i don't even know what, who and why. Games i've played before are games like the first Call Of Duty games (3-4) and i can't remember what else. Basically i'm looking for awesome Shooter game series (don't like old graphics, i want to play good old games for the experiences i missed but if they dont have graphics then i'm not interested in no minecraft shooter lol) awesome RPG games like The Witcher (which im going to play) and other of those kinds. Basically i love graphics and action Thank you for your thoughts and suggestions
  11. Yeah i know that now, saw someone talkimg about using this interface with the AKG (before our conversation) so i asked here in the forum. But i guess they are not worth it plus like i said will use onboard probobly
  12. I know that's why i mentioned no high-end. Either way interface comes with mic lol.
  13. Thanks man. Will do just that. Btw are there any SP140 ringed corsair fans i can use with my H115i ? Been searching for a while now but all i can find are 120 ones and the others are AF who dont so good with rads (i heard)
