  1. I bought an h370 on accident with Amazon. I clicked "cancel order" 10 minutes after but they can't cancel I guess. I was wondering if I could flash an h370 so I could unlock overclocking. Yes I could return it once it arrives but they say it'd take 30 days sometimes and I can't be down a computer that long because of my job
  2. so if I put the solar panel I linked earlier could I plug it into this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06ZXYVG4G/ref=?ie=UTF8&m=AY5XLL1NQPR7O) and it would work?
  3. I'm confused, most laptops say they use 180 W or so, and the solar panel says 100 W, but I'm not sure if that's the comparison to be made. It seems voltage is. I'm also quite confused as obviously the solar panel wouldn't be directly connected to the laptop but rather a battery reservoir first.

If not how can I get portable solar power to power my laptop? Example laptop (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0788BCKZ6/ref=twister_B0788BYMSH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
  5. Thank you for the help guys, awesome and quick responses. This community is pretty awesome
  6. what should be a max temp on aida because i do want to overclock
  7. I don't know if my Kraken is working as efficiently as it should. I'm running an i7 6700k at default clock 4.0 GHZ speed and 1.2 volts. At an FPU load on aida64, my max temp is 64 C and is normally about around 62. This doesn't sound as cool as other peoples results, but maybe they're not running an FPU stress test. My Kraken rad is on top, and fans on the bottom, pushing upwards as said in the manual. Case fans are NOT stock, and all custom so airflow is plenty. It's to plenty my gpu runs much cooler than my CPU at under full load about 60 Celsius. Any ideas?
  8. Got my new nvidia msi 1070 gaming x. gonna give it to my brother whos running some old hd radeon card.
  9. Re-installed the drivers and still nothing, anyone have any advice?
  10. Put it on stock settings through MSI afterburner, clock speed went up to what the default boost clock is (I checked just to makesure it was indeed stock) and nothing.. still around the same fps. I think I might try to resinstall the nvidia driver.
  11. I said I tried it on stock but I'll try again! Also I was stressing it under uni valley and I found no artifacts and nothing crashed.. and I ran it for a good hour.
  12. i7 6700k, 16 gigs of ram (I believe GSkill Ripjaw), MSI z170a gaming 3. Side note, I've been using the computer for about two weeks before the graphics card and absolutely no problem. I forgot to add, sometimes, very unoccasionally windows 10 notifies me (nvidia 368.69 has stopped responding).
  13. I need help, as I'm not quite sure what is happening with my nvidia 1070 graphics card. It runs milky smooth, however, I'm not getting near the fps found on games across multiple benchmarks online. All my results are ran at 1080p solution. For example, on Crysis 3 with ultra graphics, I get a desirable 60 fps (with v-sync off) and it sometimes dips to 54. Also, on Battlefield 4 ultra settings, I'm getting 90 fps. My current driver is the latest -as of 7/11-, (368.69). Some software that might be conflicting I believe could be CAM software from my nzxt cooler (the fps counter randomly came on and actually lagged out my game a bit, but when I disabled it I only gained 1 fps) MSI afterburner (clock rate +200 and power limit maxed out, I should note I also tried running these games at default clock speeds on the MSI card) MSI Gaming App Would anyone know what could cause lower fps? Thanks for the help.' Update: There was an upscaling option in nvidia which lowered my fps dramatically.
