Would a 1000W PSU still work since it's a bit over that or should I go with a 1200W?

Okay so I've been trying to get my hands on the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti PGF edition for a balls to the wall RGB build that I'm planning. I know that the card is supposed to only be marketed for china only but it's the only card out there that has well this much RGB, I don't really care that it has two somewhat like Chevy logo's on the front side. I don't really care about the price as I said it'll be ball's to the wall, currently planned to have two Asus Strix 1080 Ti's in the build and its almost $10,000 on pcpartpicker. Though I'm not sure if I can have two 1080 Ti's in the build as I plan on using the Cooler master Haf H500P case that should be on the market next month?? I know this build is and will be overkill for anything in the future.
