    Just making sure, are you plugging your display cable into the gpu and not the motherboard, and try a different cable, you can get defective cables sometimes

    Im almost completely sure. I don't have a link to any benchmarks or anything, but to me it should help that FPS counter.

    Just looked it up, and now I can confirm that changing mb will not require another Windows installation if its an OEM. Come to think of it. My friend gave me his boot drive last month to wipe viruses, I installed it into my PC, booted like a charm

    Go for.... Neither. Wait for the rx 460, which is coming out in around a week. It should deliver 950 performance (my guess) for around 100 usd or so. So basically you can get 950 performance for the price of a 750 ti.

    I'd buy the 4690 and then put the money you saved on RAM into getting an RX 480 4GB instead of the RX 470.

    It should be okay. I used a jigsaw to cut the window out and a dremel to smooth out the rounded edges.
     
    I would buy a 20 pack of cutting discs (not reinforced) since they're cheap and you'll be going through them alarmingly quick.
