    You don't ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ you have to try some other psu and see if problem persists to know if the current one is bad. You can use a bunch of free tools to check temperatures (HWMonitor) or harddrive (CrystalDiskInfo) https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html https://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html

    Ram disk Adobe After Effects is a digital visual effects, motion graphics, and compositing application developed by Adobe Systems and used in the post-production process of film making and television production. It uses lots and lots and lots and lots of ram memory. Thats why editing PCs have 64GB of ram or more.

    i think you just answered your question however that would crash even when you dont put load on it. How about cooling or faulty psu?

    System uses only as much ram as it needs, if you want to fill the free space you can either open after effects or create a ramdisk
