  1. Honestly as much as the PSU dinguses here would scream about it being a housefire, a higher wattage CXM unit would probably do just fine. Pretty sure the 550 and up have 4 molex/2 berg and 6 SATA. I never used the serial ports on my P3TDDE so I can't comment if that part works, though I have to imagine it'd work fine.
  2. Give it a shot in Edge. I seem to recall when I reset my PS4 Pro that I had to do that since it doesn't like Chrome.
  3. Just click the big blue button telling you its the PS4 reinstallation file.
  4. Guess I'll just hope Leeeeenux will work with the two capture cards I want for my current system + a P400 for H.264 encoding. Once the ol' OptiPlex is done being the daily it was going to get turned into a dedicated capture bitch, but I sure as fuck don't plan on running Windows 10 until support for it dies now.
  5. I too feel anguish whenever I have to play this awful level that nobody likes.
  6. Any 2.5" SATA drive that's 20GB or larger should work fine.

Oh wow that was odd, the power button was stuck down on an angle. It randomly turned on a few hours after this and then hard shutdown once Windows was all loaded up.
  8. On top of Edge being Chromium based just like Chrome, it's not like most other browsers are much better. Firefox, which everyone wanks off to as being the ultimate browser that sips RAM compared to Chrome in typical 2013 meme format, ends up using more than Chrome for me on literally everything I have. And honestly, RAM usage of a browser really shouldn't be close to a problem as long as you've got 8GB or more of the stuff.
  9. Manufacturers have this fun habit of combining the speeds of all bands into one number to make it look like a big dick router. My Nighthawk R7000 brags about being capable of "up to 1.9Gbps," but on one 5GHz band under nearly perfect conditions (aka my PC with an 8260 being about 16 inches away with only my desk separating them) I can only get about 600-650Mbps. I'm sure if I could activate everything on this router (two 5GHz networks and two 2.4GHz) and then somehow managed to saturate each one, assuming they can pull full speed on both the normal network and the guest network, I might be able to get at least a little closer to that bold 1.9Gbps claim.

    TPM?

Most Skylake and newer platforms, possibly even down as far as Haswell, have PTT (or Platform Trust Technology) as an option which is more or less an on-CPU version of TPM. In theory that can replace TPM 2.0.
  11. Pretty sure fTPM is more of an AMD term. For Intel platforms it's Platform Trust Technology/PTT. EDIT: I'm retarded and forgot profiles exist and some people even remember to throw specs on it. 10/10 don't eat and forum On your board it's under peripherals (presumably in the advanced mode) for some assbackwards reason.
  12. That's a new one. Closed it once because I forgot it open last night and did it again to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Did it two more times for the video and now it won't do it anymore. Guess it's just cursed.

    TPM?

Then clearly someone in Microsoft missed the memo since your page doesn't line up with the shit on this page. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications

    TPM?

Well nobody can really help without specs, but just because it worked in a VM doesn't mean it'll work on hardware. It worked in a VM for me even though my system only supports TPM 1.2 as opposed to 2.0. On paper, anything Haswell and up supports TPM 2.0, but you'd likely need an add-in module for it since quite a few boards don't include a chip for it IIRC. But, Haswell? and later also support Platform Trust Technology, which is just an on-CPU "alternative" to TPM. No idea where TPM 2.0 starts for AMD but I'd have to assume first-gen Ryzen.
  15. That was the first thing I tried and it doesn't match up with any of them. Closest one is the SPEC-04, but even then the front panel is completely different. It pains me because I know I've seen this case around before and I'm drawing a blank.
  16. In theory it should support TPM 2.0 (anything Haswell and later can on paper IIRC), but also in theory you can also enable Platform Trust Technology, which is just an on-CPU "alternative" to TPM that doesn't require an actual TPM chip on the board.
  17. Really depends on distance. From like 4-5 feet I can totally use a 50-60 inch or so boob tube if I want to.
  18. Not really. Drivers for Fermi got killed off quite a while ago. You could probably? find an RX460 for a not-completely-retarded price if you stalked eBay enough, so that might be an option.
  19. Probably something around the performance of a 750Ti/760 is the furthest you'd really want to go, after that you'd just be spending money for no real reason.
  20. lol my OptiPlex 7010 (and for that matter, my Latitude E4310) can't officially run Windows 11 since it only supports TPM 1.2. Wonder if there will be a workaround for that which isn't super janky when it officially launches.

Not that I'm super upset about it on my laptop, having to use UEFI booting sucks all the ass on it. Such a shit implementation that performance across the board, even in Windows, is garbage.

Holy hell that Microsoft presentation was cring…

The only really notable thing was Android apps on Windows 11, but that's going to be a shit feature if you can't just straight up install .apks.
  22. Holy hell that Microsoft presentation was cringe. The syntax of the presenters was so terrible lol

If you disconnect and reconnect a monitor if you had windows there they will go back the way they were.

I'm currently watching the gaming part where Sarah Bond is talking about "Windows 11 is amazing for gamers and by the way I played King's Quest 2 when I was little and it's even more amazing for gamers right guys?!?!"
