shitty picture alert because of a big ol thunderstorm

 

Stock fans were annoying so I made the XFX-board-MSI-cooler-three-time-death-champion 7950 in my file server single fan and quadruple slot. The ball is in EVGA's court now to one-up it.

    It's died three times. This time it seems to be living life well after a vanilla 7950 BIOS flash. Somehow ran ~10C cooler open-air (with the not-jank cooling) even though core voltage is higher and clocks are the same.
