Do we NEED a dummy plug? Isn't a second monitor supposed to work just as well?

Not yet, still hoping for an answer. It's been working very randomly. Sometimes It starts working after I switch my vertical monitor to landscape mode, sometimes that doesn't work. Other times I try rebooting and/or updating the driver to the VM and it somehow starts working, but only sometimes... Very strange...

Hey guys I need some help. I followed the tutorial but I'm having an issue where parsec just shows a black screen (Bitrate at 0, encoding and decoding at 0). Parsec just isn't communicating with the VM for some reason. Somehow, on Sunday I was having the same issue but it randomly started working after some hours of troubleshooting. Didn't find out what solved it. Tried reinstalling the driver with the script several times, disabling one of my monitors, changing encoders, codecs, etc. Left the PC on during the night, and on the next afternoon it was back to showing just a black screen. Anyone has any idea what might be happening here? I'm using Win 11 on both machines (Host and VM) a 3080 and the latest GPU drivers (Just updated to 511.17 but the problem still remains) It happens either with my second parsec account trying to join locally or my friends' remotely A screenshot of the issue

Okay, quick update: Formatted windows and is now working perfectly. Even the driver installed by the windows update worked just fine. It's funny because it was formatted like two weeks ago. Again thanks for the help

Still nothing. Tried 399.07 and 388.43. I'm suspecting it's something with the OS. It's been having a couple problems here and there, and I'm probably better off reinstalling it. Thanks for trying to help

I did as you told me to and ended up without physx AND no opencl. tried to reinstall over it again (now in normal mode) got my physx, GFExperience, but still no opencl

So, I did have the latest driver available. Tried to reinstall it with and without DDU, to no avail. GPUz shows openCL disabled. How do i enable it? EDIT: i have a GTX 780

If only the client wasn't so broken I could use my gpu to fold. It's just stuck in "connecting" in orange. Tried to reinstall and reboot dozens of times. Filled the configuration file a couple times and pasted it everywhere. Can only use the browser one as of now...

This is really a good device LG made. No need for a super long room to get a reasonably large picture is really the way to go. With it I could simply ditch my small 15" laptop screen and see things better from farther away (And also set up a small personal home cinema)
