  1. Well, I don't know how, but I turned it on and it worked!! However, I'll check the block for any excess of pressure. Thank you all for your help!
  2. Before I ran unigine heaven, I played some demanding games and run cinebench and nothing happenend
  3. Yesterday I watercooled my R9 nano and to test the temperatures, I ran the unigine heaven benchmark and I heard a whine noise. Just after that the screen turned off. When I tried to restart the computer, nothing showed up on the screen. Is the GPU dead or there is a way to fix it?
  4. I would like the three to be the same, as the computer will be the centerpiece of the gaming room. Would it be difficult to swap the acrylic of the byski block for a narrower one?
  5. I want to build a system to virtualize 3 computers for my sons
  6. Hi, recently I found myself with a great deal for 3 AMD r9 nanos. I want to build a rig with the three of them and watercool it. The problem is that I am not able to find any single slot waterblock for them. It has to be single slot because I'm going to mount it to an matx board. I bought the ones bykski makes but they aren't single-slot. What would be easier, designing a low profile acrylic block and swapping the one in the bykski for it, or finding three single-slot blocks? Thanks!
  7. Hi, I have a Razer Blade Stealth with an mx150 and I was looking to buy an egpu. I found a heavily discounted razer core v1 but I don't if that would work with my Blade Stelath. I remember reading that the Core v1 had some issues regarding with the USB ports. Also, would 65W be enough to charge my BS while gaming? I've also read that the included charger in the Blade Stealth can't manage to charge it while gaming with the mx150. However, I thought that as the eGPU is doing all the graphics, there would be enough room for the laptop to be charged.
  8. I see. I haven’t considered any MacBook because in order to have a “decent” one you have to sell both your kidneys, and because their graphics performance is horrible.
  9. Hi, I’m an engineering student and I want to buy a portable workstation. So far my options are: MSI P65 creator (9750H, RTX 2060, 32Gb, 4K 60Hz display) ASUS ROG Zephyrus M GU502GV (9750H, RTX 2060, 16gb, 1080p 144Hz display) MSI GS65 Stealth (8750H, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 16gb, 1080p 144Hz display) Lenovo ThinkPad P1 second gen(Xeon E-2276M, Quadro T2000, 16gb, 4K 60Hz OLED display) MSI WS65 (8750H, Quadro P3200, 32Gb, 1080p 60Hz display) I use programs such as solid works, autodesk inventor, catia, and many more related with 3D modeling. Thanks!!
  10. Hi, yesterday I replaced my 240gb ssd for another 240 nvme ssd, specifically a Kingston ssdnow A1000. After installing it, I went to the BIOS and it came as a surprise that it didn't appear in the disks section. However, I thgought I could be a motherboard's bug (BTW it's an Asus B150I pro running an i5 6500 with 16 GB DDR4 2400 Vengeance RAM) because when intalling windows it showed up. So I carried on with the installation process and got Windows configured and ready to go. The problem came when I restarted the computer due to windows upgrade and then it entered a loop never passing from the boot screen. The strangest thing is that if I turn it off and turn it on again works perfectly, but when it has to reboot it doesn't load the OS. What is the problem? Thanks
  11. What do you mean by twisted pairs?? As for the color pairs, I've checked them and they're good.
  12. Shouldn't this be necessary only if I had never had 1Gb/s??
  13. Hello, Yesterday I ran a gigabit cable from my router in the basement, to my office in the third floor. I plugged it directly to my computer and it showed that the connection was 1 gigabit. However, I didn't want to have a hole in my wall as I thought it was a bit sloppy, and therefore bought a wall socket. The problem comes after wiring the RJ45 cable in the wall socket., when my computer displayed that the connection was 100Mbs. I tried wiring it again, and nothing happened. What can I do? BTW both the cable and thhe wall socket are cat 6. Thanks
  14. I've owned it for two months. I haven't modified any settings.
