I don't know if that's what he's using, but Excel works perfectly fine and you can achieve the same result very easily.
 
- Get your data and write it in columns

 
- Select everything, and go to Insert > Bar > 2D Bar


 
You'll get a basic graph like this : 

 
Double-click on the background (white), in Fill, select Picture or texture fill, and select the file of your choice

 
Double-click on the white behind the bars, and select No Fill

 
Adjust the text color like you would normally, and tweak the bars colors until you're satisfied.

VGA itself does not output Audio - one of the ones I linked to you has a 3.5mm adapter that will sling the audio into the HDMI signal.

I guess you can buy them in any order you want, you won't have anything working until you have all the parts anyways.
 
I wouldn't recommand doing that though. Instead, save your money until you can buy everything at the same time, and by the time you can do it, chances are there will be new hardware out that can affect the prices of some components you had in mind - or provide better alternatives, like a revision for a product or something like that.
 
You won't get a working computer faster by buying it piece by piece, so I see no practical advantages to doing it.

Is jQuery needed for this to work?

A bit of an update to djdwosk97's build. It has the SLI capabilities, with reduced costs. I was torn between 1Tb hd + CPU cooler or the SSD, but I settled with the first, as I don't see the SSD as that big of a necessity (you can always add it later, anyway).

Yes a 500w would be enough however i reccomend that you spring up for a 600w for future upgrades.

Bit more expensive but can be found on sale at 50$ most of the time.
Edit:Also ditch the cpu cooler. The i5 4460 can't be overclocked which means that the stock intel cooler will suffice.

I'd try and get a bit more than $1000, lose the ODD, and get a 4690k + z97 board (and buy a Hyper 212 when you can afford one). (The only downside to the Source 210 non-elite is that it does NOT have front USB 3.0)

Just get a monitor with more than one input and plug both computers in at the same time. The monitor will have a function to let you switch back and forth.

KVM switch is what you are looking for but not sure if there is one with hdmi or dvi

Use WinSCP with sftp protocol, it will automatically upload file when you save it in your editor. You just opening files without downloading them WinSCP will download it by itself.

With those paths, you would need to make example for me, but if you create links make them relative than absolute, it is: without domain so after you move your site to another domain, links will still work like /index.php instead of http://www.example.com/index.php
 
If you need to change something in many files you can download whole site on local and then find and replace in those files.

Could you give us a bit more information about the project?
 
It's not about posting discouraging stuff, it's about being realistic. A MMORPG is the hardest game type that you can (attempt to) create, what experience do you have? What are your goals? What's your budget?
 
Making your own game engine is probably out of the question, you'd spend years making an engine that can compete with what's available now, and even there you wouldn't have a game after these years of developpment.
 
I'm asking all these questions because I'd like to see in what context you're asking this. It's pointless to take a lot of time to give detailed answers if it's a one-man project and that you're attempting to make a MMORPG because "it looks fun". (I'm not saying that's you, but I'd like to know if it is ^^)

Looks fine. I'd personally bump down to the 270x, possibly down to a 6300, and get a ssd though.
