Kiora! So, I have this Laptop, The Xiaomi Pro Book. I'm needing a USB hub, or otherwise, that enables me to have 2 displays and USB 3.0 ports as-well as charging the laptop through one. The laptop has 2 C ports, and I'm struggling to understand the bandwidth of 3.0 and what I can and cannot do. Appreciate the help!

[SOLUTION] Turns out this motherboard will give a cpu error warning if a display is not attached or a display cable is damaged, and prevent boot. Found it deep in reddit. It has been reported to Gigabyte a number of times and nothing has come of it. So the more yah know I guess.

Ok cool, I tried a different display and it is booting fine now. Very strange. will continue to diagnose.

Yes of course. But the chances of it being a CPU fault are miniscule. Any ideas apart from that possiblity?

Hi, I'm having issues with the gigabyte H310M S2H. it's beeping 5 times shortly, but not quickly. I've replaced RAM, removed GPU, and re set CPU. I've also cleared the CMOS. Things are pointing towards a CPU or MOBO fault. Anyone got any ideas? Or had similar issues? Any help would be appreciated

Hi, I'm currently working on a multi boot tool usi Yumi, My issue is that I have a paid and activated version of Active Password Remover on a drive, and I'd like to have it on my multi boot drive. But I can't seem to create a bootable ISO image of it in order to do this. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Hey Guys! I'm working on a clients computer and I'm experiencing an issue I haven't seen before. What happening is after updating to the latest version of windows the computer upon reboot goes into the repair menu and advanced settings, nothing works asside from restore points. I have restored and fixed and scanned for things, but nothing is letting this update go through. Any ideas?

Hi Guys. I’m working on a mod at the moment, but because of the nature of my dilemma I’m putting this in the display forum. I have been building a gaming pc inside an older iMac from 08, but I can’t get a display the right size for it, so I’m thinking I’ll put one that’s a little too big for the display cutout in there and attempt to crop to fit. Is there anyway I can do a software level crop to reduce the size of the output display on the monitor, avoiding the edges being cut off? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Thanks!

iMac Pro vs. High End Build?
SamuelJE replied to jaysangwan32's topic in Laptops and Pre-Built Systems
Very true. I personally would be leaning towards to iMac, get Mac OS natively which is awesome, that amazing display, and with bootcamp windows should run great too. -
Hey Guys! So my galaxy s8 took a very very nasty hit thanks to a mate of mine recently, completely destroying the glass back and damaging the front screen badly, the phone is still in working condition how ever. As an old iPhone user and certified apple technician I am wondering if there is anything at all like iCloud backup but for the galaxy? Because I know with my iPhone, I can just back it up and restore it onto a new phone like nothing had changed. I know samsung smart swtich does something similar, but it requires both devices to be present, I plan on claiming insurance on my phone, and I very much doubt they will give me both my old still working phone and a brand new one. So is there anyway to make a clone/backup of the device and restore it onto the new device? Thanks!
