  1. i exported it in DWG because it was small enough to upload here case.dwg
  2. They don't have to use a law against you, just any previous case that was ruled on before you that relates to what you did. just because you're being persistent about it here's the whole library just as a bonus here's some more stuff
  3. you seem to be missing the point of "account not intended for your use" and "malicious act" and if you're found out this thread would be Exhibit A in your case adding Premeditation to the rest of the stuff against you
  4. it really isn't though, you're using an account that was not intended for your use to do a malicious act. The only difference here is the scale of the action. just don't. Generally speaking any idea that is prefaced with "is this illegal?" the answer is yes
  5. there are many books and classes dedicated to this and if you want to learn the basics of networking on your own i would recommend starting with the Network+ reading material if you're interested
  6. isn't there a whole thing about the sins of the father not transferring to the son (child)?
  7. you would do well to remember the warning that is quoted below
  8. it looks like they both have MX Blue switches so yes they appear to be real mechanical keyboard switches. if you don't mind noise when typing it's fine generally speaking any MX switch should last over a year unless you get unlucky and have one with a manufacturing error (very rare). or mash every key with 20 pounds of force
  9. per 3.5" drive you're looking at 6 to 10W of power consumption depending on the type and maker of hard drive so 550W should be good for what you have listed, unless you start adding lots of drives to it then i would suggest a 600W+ PSU
  10. To add to the US stuff Atlanta, GA is a huge tech city right now with many companies hiring
  11. question, are you going to be making large file transfers to/from your server? if so you might benefit more from 10GbE than 1GbE if you're willing to there's some SFP+ options for you that would be pretty reliable and fast i'll list some parts here just to give out some options, if you're not opposed to SFP+ https://www.ubnt.com/edgemax/edgeswitch-16-xg/ 733385-001 HP 10GB 2-Port PCI-Express x8 571SFP+ Network Interface Card Cisco Direct attach cable - Twinaxial 3.3 ft 2m (6.6') Amphenol 10GbE SFP+ Direct Attach Passive Copper Cable
  12. ok here's the basic design i was thinking, no drive bays or cable management but it's the concept, it's also my first real sketchup attempt case.skp
  13. i don't think it does, i was just using it to get a visual idea of what the case should look like to make it work
  14. I don't have an answer to this but i'm very curious about this as well and i'm very interested to see what answers you get
  15. yes, i'm actually in SketchUp right now trying to figure out what could be done Edit: apparently my work computer doesn't like SketchUp so i might have to use Visio or just wait till i get home.
  16. if that's the case then you would probably have to plug in a PCIe riser to orient the GPU in a that wouldn't restrict airflow as much and add some complexity to the case
  17. you want to know rural? There are dozens of places here that can't get anything except satellite internet at 512Kpbs (Kilobits) up and down and only reachable by small prop planes. Or RF from bouncing the signal from mountain top to mountain top using diesel generator powered RF repeaters that can only get refilled by helicopter trips. Managing them remotely is such a pain.
  18. it depends on how much air is going through and how forcefully, if the air is going through forcefully enough it may overpower the effect of the blower. I believe that it would still cause turbulence but the effect would be minimized.
  19. this was 4 or more years ago, moot point now.
  20. it's to pay back that $25,000 to Razer
  21. i was, so i bought the motherboard i'm still using to this day and probably going to move off of it soon
  22. My experience was quick, i had a faulty motherboard that had a part fall off of it, I called them about it (6 months since purchase on a 2 year warranty) and they told me that they couldn't help me because the serial number of the motherboard was out of warranty because before i had bought it, the motherboard was sitting in a warehouse and they apparently don't count time of purchase for their warranty only time of manufacturing.
  23. another monday, another week of networking!

  24. the only problem i can see with this design is that the GPU blower might cause unwanted turbulence and vortexing in the case
