Recently I have noticed that my GPU never goes past 35-40% while gaming(it does sometimes go to 100 when tabbing in and out of games) i have tried DUU changing power settings in widows and nvidia control panel playing with HPET and more nothing is working I get 120-90 fps on low on Overwatch (i want 240 because i have a 240hz monitor) I need help and i would also like to run a bench mark to see if my system performs well but I dont know any software that is free for that. tempatures are also not the issue cpu is 40-60C gpu is 50-60c SPECS MSI DUKE 1080ti GIGABYTE Gaming 3 am4 b350 MotherBoard 16gb of 3000mhz RAM Corsair vengeance 750watt psu ryzen 7 1700

So recently my older brother has bought the same computer as me a 1080ti msi duke Ryzen 7 1700 Msi 350 mate motherboard The issue is he is only getting 90 fps in overwatch on high settings while i get around 200 on the exact same settings. Both our computers only use a % of its resources for example my graphis card only hits 40% usage. My cpu hits around 15-20% while playing and ram is around 50%. So I was wondering if there was anyway to get overwatch to use more of my computer so I could push higher fps. He has a 144hz 1920x1080 monitor and i have a 240hz 1920x1080 monitor. Yes we have drivers and they are all up to date
