  1. I think I managed to resolve the issue last night. Leaving for others: In my case, the issue was with one of those drivers: lsaibus.sys lsaimini.sys They are related to Logitech Pro Flight Yoke. How I found out the issue? Using tool driver verifier from this post: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983 Before using it, make sure to create a bootable USB of Win 10/11 installer! Without it, your PC may go into endless BSOD loop when starting. Also, create a restore point. How I fixed the issue? I could not remove it manually from PC. Had to remove it from comman line from Windows Restore: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-uninstall-driver-using-command-prompt Have a wonderful day
  2. Could someone please help me investigate the issue? Just got 2 BSOD one after another. 020722-6515-01.zip
  3. Unfortunately the issue stil persists - reinstalling Chipset drivers did not help.
  4. Recently I get constant freezes (no restart, need to do it manually) or BSODs - 2-5 times a day. Recently it seems to show up more when I play games. But does not seems to connected only to gaming. Attached: Sysnative BSOD Collection report Minidumps BSODs.txt - Short report from BlueScreenView I have tried: Reinstalling realtek drivers (not sure if I did it correctly) Reinstalling Nvidia drivers (under safe mode) MemTest86 - 0 errors Installed newest (or newest official) BIOS for B450 Tomahawk Windows "check errors" on C drive Turn off all overclocking (including XMP) Turned off Game Boost on MOBO And also with you help (that did not work): Reinstalled chipset drivers Windows was clean reinstalled around month ago. Before and after reinstallation, issue was showing but much, much less often (once every few/several days). System: Windows 11 Pro, 21H2 OS compilation: 22000.469 Hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 MHz, Rdzenie: 8, Procesory logiczne: 16 B450 TOMAHAWK (MS-7C02) Crucial Ballistix (either 3200 or 3000) MHz DDR4 Palit GeForce GTX 1060 JetStream 6GB Seasonic Focus Plus 650W 80 Plus Gold Please help me to investigate this issue. Do not know what to look for right now. BSODs.txt Minidump.zip SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip
