Plugged the radiator to the MB with a noctua low noise adaptor. Problem solved

Hi, so I got this custom cooler for my reference EVGA GTX 980Ti yesterday. It performs amazingly under load. However, the idle noise is very loud. I've set the fan profile to quiet in EVGA Precision X, but the fan speed minimum limit is 22%. How can I customize it to be even lower? Thanks

I returned the Steam Link. Horrible experience. I had it setup with Gigabit-LAN, bad quality, can't be used separately from PC. Bitrate was all over the place.

You guys have obviously no idea what you're saying. There are big differences in mic arms.... different materials, features etc. Leave my thread alone. You are not contributing in any way. EDIT: I purchased an arm for ~20$, it sucked and broke in 2 days

Don't believe I asked for all that info? My info is outdated (Have a 980Ti nowadays and I use a ROG SWIFT as my gaming monitor) This will be a secondary with a lot of screen real estate. I also know 1080p upscaled wont look better, Im not stupid. I only asked a question regarding connectivity. Don't jump to conclusions so easily, thanks for the answer anyways.

I will be using this with my PC and hook up consoles to it as well. I never asked if I can get 60fps from console games, I asked if the console will output at 60Hz through HDMI.

So I'm thinking about buying this monitor http://www.amazon.com/Philips-BDM4065UC-Resolution-Speakers-DisplayPort/dp/B00SCX78JS It says that it only supports 60Hz through Displayport. This makes sense cause the HDMI ports are only 1.4. What I'm wondering is: If I plug in my gaming consoles in the HDMI port, will I be able to run them at 60Hz or 30Hz? Is this feature a monitor specific thing or is it just tied to bandwidth? Thanks for the answers. And please, no half-knowledge answers
