  1. I used to work for a company that mainly used the paid version of sublime, and I agree with you that the price tag of $80 is to much, but to be honest when I used the free version of sublime I didn't really notice very many differences. Then biggest one that I missed was being able to have sublime automatically upload my saves to another drive for redundancies, but I usually push my work to GitHub after I'm done so not that big of deal for me at least.
  2. 1. There is a way multiple people are able to use the same database but it would be easier if their on the same network 2. Not sure about this one 3. I have done this using PHPExcel for work getting the data from a SQL database. it is relatively simple and easy to use. 4. I’m kind of confused on what you’re asking here are you asking if you’re able to enter data into a Website or GUI then have that information entered into an excel spreadsheet?
  3. Hello all, I was curious if there was a way to have the code to read the first page of the pdf and from that create a thumbnail and display it? This way me or someone else would just have to upload the pdf and the code does everything else for us and we do not have to go into the code every month and have to create a thumbnail manually and then display it. Thanks for your time.
  4. I've confused on how I would be able to reverse a string but still be able to keep the form. one example I have is, "*|| *| |||" but it would have to look like this when reversed "||| *| *||". I currently have a way to reverse it using for loops but I can't find a way to keep the form.
  5. A friend and I have a very quick question. Is Java a hard language to learn, such as, are the concepts easy to pick up or are there other things that we have to do in order to understand the language?

  7. Hello all, I was just wondering how I would go about setting up a second router in a different part of my house that would extend the signal to the dead spots in my house. For my ISP I use Mediacom and they provide us a Modem/Router but the one that they gave us does not reach very far. Any help will be appreciated!
  8. This just started recently happening, but it happened to me while I was in class and trying to take notes. Then it kept randomly kept shutting down on me, at first I thought it was because it was overheating but when I came back to my dorm it kept continuing and I need help to figure this out because this is the only computer that I have currently on campus. Here is my laptop on the Toshiba website: http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops/Satellite/Radius14

  11. Hello I was looking for a mechanical keyboard that is made for gaming but isn't very flashy. I wouldn't mind LEDs as long as I would be able to turn them off. And preferably would like it to be around 100-150$ range.
