I want to use windows 7 because it use a superior operating system and beats out it's successors in the most important of metrics the user experience. I will continue to use windows 7 until something better comes along. Win 10 is definitely not that operating system. 

I'd avoid MSI. They're customer support sucks. If you must buy a 580 I heard good things about sapphire.

Go back to 7. You can still buy a genuine win 7 pro 64 retail copy for like 200-300$. My personal rig runs win 7 on a ryzen cpu and with the user patches it's fucking glorious. I dont care about dx12 and most games still look fine in dx11 to me. Linux is only good for mining. I run my mining rigs on ubuntu or ethos or whatever is best at the time.

Where were they when my country was invaded by the soviets? All they did was draft a resolution condemning the 'heavy handedness.' How about when those two feminazi's testified against free speech? Why are the lies of two women worth more than the freedom of billions of individuals? And when they do, do something they rape, pillage and murder no better than the people they claim to fight against! 
 
I work two blocks from the UN, I've seen their corruption firsthand. It's not fair that they can shut down streets, search people in their own homes and businesses, and have guards who carry full auto rifles, while I cant even open a window otherwise they'ed shoot me and/or lock me up for 24 hours as a security threat.

So just how inefficient are Stream processors in DX11? I remember my 8800gts rivaling an HD3850.
 
P.S. I dont plan on downgrading to windows 10 so dx12 is irrelevant to me.

My gtx460 just died, i'm using integrated graphics on my cpu now and it's awful. I cant game on HD2000 graphics. Does anyone know the eta?

I play mostly skyrim, new vegas, RCT and most older games. My resolution is 1440p. I dont need anything too powerful because IMO there is nothing worth upgrading for. I am excited for skyrim enhanced edition and if need be I'll get a second RX460 to crossfire. I can still play BC2 at 1440p on medium +60fps.

I was thinking the same thing but I want something new. I have had bad experiences with used GPUs(Radeon 9800, 8600GT, GTX270, Etc).

I want the RX460. Because it's supposed to be comparable to the GTX 680 which I also used to have.(But zotac being zotac sold me a lemon and refused to service it, Second zotac card I had that died on me just as the warranty was up). 

i thought i was the only one. i can't find any good games. im not really even playing anything anymore. waiting for bf1, i hope that will be good.
