I have a dell laptop (WIndows 7) that has the PRISM virus and don't know how to get rid of it. I've tried safe mode but it just keeps on loading. I can install windows 10, but will it infect my flash drive and then take this virus with it to windows 10? I would prefer to keep my files. Thanks!

So just built my "office" pc. Now I have realized that I want to play games, but the thing is I don't have a graphics card. On my laptop I was able to play Bio Shock Infinite but at lower settings.
