  1. I have one and have not had any problems with it haha
  2. Yea it can be done, there are cables that split the TRRS into 2 TRS connections one for mic and one for audio, you can also get tiny usb sound cards and you could plug that straight into your console and then plug the mixer into that.
  3. I think he is referring to the face that there is fake surround in those games using stereo headsets, it could just be that your headphones are in mono mode or something like that or there might be a problem with your pc. What steps have you tried so far?
  4. Im just trying to understand this, are you using a sub out on your motherboard and using the other audio ports for the sat speakers?? If you bought it used there is a chance that it could have been blown, Id take the driver out of the enclosure and stick a multi meter on the leads connecting to the driver to ensure the driver isnt blown. Maybe test it with a different device, try plugging your phone directly into the amp of the sub. There could honnestly be 100 things wrong with it haha
  5. The antenna is just a copper wire that amplifies the signal "Suppose you're the boss of a radio station and you want to transmit your programs to the wider world. How do you go about it? You use microphones to capture the sounds of people's voices and turn them into electrical energy. You take that electricity and, loosely speaking, make it flow along a tall metal antenna (boosting it in power many times so it will travel just as far as you need into the world)" (https://www.explainthatstuff.com/antennas.html)
  6. make sure the name servers for your domain are pointing to digital oceans servers
  7. he said he is using digital ocean so those ports are already open I think
  8. the 2 connections could be because its dual band wifi btw
  9. Yea no problem, I totally get not plugging in the antenna. My board doesn't have one but ive built a few of my friends pc's and I almost never plug it in for them. The wifi and bluetooth might be built into one antenna. Remember, like wifi bluetooth will work with the antenna but it will get pretty bad range. So try that. If that doesn't work then im not sure what the problem is, it could just be a bad board.
  10. What headphones are you using?? They could just have crappy bluetooth. Keep in mind the bluetooth chip is on your motherboard and inside your case, I dont think bluetooth generally does a good job penetrating through objects. Some boards have antennas at the back, make sure you have those plugged in as they might be for bluetooth AND wifi
  11. Ohhh, so thats what they do with their endless supply of apple tax money
  12. Every time i'm talking to someone about how bad apple is. They hit me with the, OH YOUR JUST TOO POOR TO BUY A MAC, or the ANDROID IS TRASH GET AN IPHONE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. But they don't seem to understand that apple is a terrible company. I can look past their overpriced products (like I do with Razer) but the way in which apple operates as a company is appalling. They don't spend their endless amounts of cash on R and D. They just take already devolved tech, slap an apple logo on it and call it a day. Companies like google are trying to push technology forward. google has been working on google duplex (their AI smart assistant that can book appointments for you). Whats apple doing? Locking down phones so that the FBI cant break into them to stop terrorists. Apple is LITERALLY EVIL. And sure, you might really care about privacy and that's okay. If you truly care about privacy you would get a blackberry running...you guessed it! Android! I honestly hope that people stop buying apple products and realize that there is a whole other side of the tech market, the better side.
  13. ...or ya know, just run boinc when you are not using your pc
  14. I used DDU every time I reinstalled so I don't think its that
