It's not about their intentions, it's about the technology it was originally devoloped to utilize. The tensor cores in the RTX series is what should be doing the heavy lifting, they weren't around before the RTX series, so now people who want the RTX VOICE with older cards have to deal with the downsides of not having the appropriate tech/hardware.

What you can try and do is this :
 
Shut down your PC Connect your GPU Plug your monitor direct to the motherboard at the back Turn on the PC Load up and download/install your new graphics card drivers Shut down the PC Plug in the monitor to the graphics card at the back Boot up the PC Try these steps and see if you still get no signal.

Hey. I too have this case with an AIO water cooler
I did a post about this too and ask around, perhaps take a look at it, it has a diagram of my air flow. Hope it helps

Yep on my current setup those 2 are running fine. I am planning on playing other content as well such as Tomb Raider, Black Ops. Elder Scrolls Online, Blade and Soul
