  1. Yeah.... I think it might be finally time for me to do a upgrade, tho this CPU has been doing great in gaming for 4years now. It does support the 10 series however with a twist by looks of it, and its pretty shitty of NVIDIA. The problem is they actually downclock our memory by default if we use it. People has done some testing and investigating this. You can actually disable this ''default memory downclock'' for GTX cards. This is what impacts the performance of the RTX Voice Application. on the 10 Series its downclocked by 500Mhz and on 20 Series its downclocked by 200Mhz. There is no negative outcome to disable this memory downclock. Talk about NVIDIA forcing users to buy a RTX Card to use this Software (which I understand, as this was suppose to be intended for RTX Cards only)
  2. I just uninstalled RTX Voice and tested. Tho it seems to be gone but it was only a ''Recording'' and not a live stream. Now I got my keyboard sneaking in. (Mechanical keyboard)
  3. Hey Guys I got a problem with my audio while streaming using OBS on Twitch. The problem is I sound like a Robot/Crackly, Not really sure what's going on here. Today I installed RTX Voice to remove background noise (keyboard) not sure if its RTX Voice that's doing this? My set up is (with the RTX Voice Installed) AT2020 > GoXLR > RTX Voice (Chat -Mic) > OBS > Audio Track 1 Mic (RTX Voice) > Audio Track 2 (Broadcast Stream) Buffer Settings for GoXLR is 512 Samples at 48k Hz 48k Hz across all CPU i7 6700k (4ghz) GPU GTX 1080 I'm not sure if I'm chocking my CPU or GPU somehow that's making me sound like this but please listen here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/911032783?t=0h25m45s
  4. Update on this post. After doing some research on the web, a lot suggest on getting a UPS with AVR build in, Surge and Spike protection. I got myself one with all of these build in however I still get the problem... Could it be that my GoXLR Mini is at fault? I can still hear the ''click'' in my headphones when the freezer either goes on or off to do its thing. The Freezer is only about 4-5 Months old.
  5. Anyone else has any ideas?
  6. My PC is plugged into surge protector extension lead on the right wall, and the freezer is plugged in left of the wall. I've done a bit of research and I come across something called a ''LINDY Mains Conditioner Power Strip 6 Way'' It's an extension cord with a filter. Will this be at help if I plug the freezers into them, then into the main wall ?
  7. Hey there, recently I switched from my Blue Yeti Mic (USB) to at2020 (XLR) along with the Go XLR Mini. I noticed that whenever my freezer switch on/off to do its thing I can hear a pop sound through my headphones I got connected through my Go XLR Mini. Is there something I can do to prevent this? A special plug?
  8. Hmm interesting on the motherboards. Something to take in mind. Thank you again for this. Alright. Thank you
  9. Hmm, If I would to upgrade my CPU to a 8700k and maybe get another 2 RAM sticks and run it in Quad Channel, would that be an improvement? Also I just ran a Heaven Benchmark. Got few stutters in there too.
  10. These are my speed and temps taken from CPU-Z and Core Temp. Games : Apex Legends and PUBG.
  11. Hi it's been awhile since I posted on this forum. I need some help to either address or understanding my issue I'm currently experiencing with my computer. I noticed that my gaming experience always involve FPS stuttering, I've looked online, did some research about this and found solutions but non working. Recently I upgraded my graphics card from GTX 1070 to GTX 1080, thinking the stuttering would stop and/or ease out but still there with my new card. I can't pin point what's wrong but perhaps someone here on this forum could help me. My system : CPU : i7 6700k OC to 4.6 Ghz Motherboard : Asus z170 Pro Gaming Board. Memory : DDR4 - 16GB Dual GPU : GTX 1080 If there is anything else I should add to help then please let me know, I'll add it. Thank you
  12. Ok now at this point, I have no idea what to do.... It still gives me render issue...
  13. So after the first log I posted, Made changes to what needs to be. Stream is not as lag/stutter as it used to be, but Log Analyzer still gives me the render lag issue, but not critical this time. This is the new updated log https://obsproject.com/logs/ejZc47fKSh1x1Wtd Also I can feel that frame rate cap I needed to do. Ouch... why OBS.... whyyyy ?
  14. frame rate cap, as in lowering my actual monitor refresh rate down from 144hz to 60hz or use MSI Afterburner to set a frame rate cap? Tried that already, 2500,3000, 3500 , 4000 non seem to be working. Don't think its a bitrate issue but a GPU Overload issue as stated by Jurrunio
  15. Hi. Calling out obs users that can help me with this. (Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section) I seem to have a problem with my obs settings yet I cannot identify what the problem is. First. I tried looking on the internet/YouTube for settings that fits me however non seem to be working out, now I'm not 100% sure if its the actual game itself that's causing the problem or It's something I'm missing out. I'd like to start of streaming at 720p 60fps which is fine for me. I can later upgrade once I get more viewer ship etc. I ran the auto install wizard, used its settings and custom settings, nothing seems to work. The problem is: The game which is running at fullscreen borderless (Display 1) is running fine with no lag/stutter, but once I start the stream, the ingame running on NVENC H.264 Encoder is also running fine but on stream it stutter/lags. Running with the x264 Encoder, ingame lag/stutter and on stream. OBS Settings: Auto Install Wizard : Service: Twitch Server: Auto (Recommended) Video Bitrate: 6000 Streaming Encoder: Hardware (NVENC) Recording Encoder: Hardware (NVENC) Recording Quality: High Quality, Medium File Size Base (Canvas) Resolution: 2560 x 1440 Output (Scaked) Resolution: 1280 x 720 FPS: 60 These are my PC Specs : Intel Core i7 6700k 4.6Ghz OC'd Graphics Card : Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Asus RAM : DDR4 Dual 16GB OC'd Motherboard : Asus Z170-PRO Display 1 : 2560 x 1440 Display 2 : 1920 x1080 Internet Specs: Download Speed : 68.47 Mbps Upload Speed : 16.96 Mbps Location : UK This is my log file : https://obsproject.com/logs/kyz5TAT_iQ9Ez-2q I used OBS Log File Analyzer, the problem is ''Your GPU is maxed out and OBS can't render scenes fast enough. Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use'' I don't know what steps I need to take from this error message. Would be great if someone could assist me on this issue, what am I missing, what am I doing wrong etc etc. Thank you
  16. Alright, I'll play around with the settings then. Thanks
  17. Right now just playing. Overwatch Warframe I usually use Ge Force Experience to auto optimize game settings for me. hmm by the looks of those graphs, I suppose I'll have to save up to get a 1080.. doh
  18. Hi, Quick question. Will my GTX 1070 able to handle a 2560 x 1440 WQHD 165Hz Monitor or is this a bottle neck for it? Monitor I want to buy : Acer Predator XB271HUbmiprz 27 Inch WQHD Gaming Monitor, (IPS Panel, G-Sync, 165 Hz (OC), 4 ms, ZeroFrame, DP, HDMI, USB Hub, Height Adjustable Stand) Black/Red Graphics Card : Asus GTX 1070
  19. Hmm I suppose nobody got an answer for this topic.. I'll have to troubleshoot myself until I manage to fix it
  20. Hi Everyone.. I'm trying to play a game "Elder Scrolls Online" and checked that my CPU was running hot, good thing I opened up Core Temp too check my temps in this game... it actually spiked up to 93 degress!!!! I immediately exit the game and everything before I do any damage to my CPU with this insane questionable heat which is confusing me The first setup I had was a i5 4690k OC to 4.5Ghz and the temps were round about 60-70 Degress (when playing Elder Scrolls Online) After awhile of using this CPU for more then 4 years or less (can't remember) I decided to upgrade to a newer "better" CPU I'm still using the same CPU Cooler I had with my i5 4690k (H110i GTX 140mm) with 2x (nf-a14-industrialppc-3000-pwm fans) on my new i7 6700k. Also if this help, my i7 6700k is OC to 4.6 GHz with 1.325 Volts idle temps are at 35 Degrees Playing less intense games such as League of Legends, temps are at 50 Degrees.
  21. Thank You. I will try these steps!
  22. Hi Guys, so today I got a new monitor (Acer Predator XB271Hbmiprz G Sync 27 inch 144Hz 1ms ) Now before I begin to say what my problem is, is that I am new to G Sync. I have no idea If my settings are set up correct for using G Sync in NVIDIA control panel. Ok so my problem is that whenever I watch a full screen video it starts to stutter like crazy until I actually exit out of full screen and watch it? Can anyone tell me how to set up G Sync properly or is there a way, or can someone tell me what are the actual settings I need to select in the global settings on NVIDIA? (Keep in mind that G Sync is Enabled on NVIDIA Global Settings) Thanks Everyone. PC Specs: CPU : i5 4690K - OC 4.4Ghz Motherboard : MSI Z97 Gaming 5 RAM : 2 x 8GB DDR3 Sticks GPU : GTX 1070 FE
  23. Those are looking awesome! for 4k and extreme So tell me, what do you think of the program so far?
  24. Looking forward to it!
